[Autumn-Sky Market] Autumn markets often bring rain and chilly winds. This year was rare: the sun watched over us on both days. The market took place on September 22 and 23, and many people attended on the 22nd, the middle day of the three-day holiday. The soba and udon noodles sold out mostly on the first day alone, wiping out two days' worth of noodles. The chiffon cakes sold only at the event were so popular that they sold out by midmorning on both days. The piping-hot Ezo deer meatballs and venison braised in red wine were comfortingly warm and delicious. Vegetable stalls came from Seiryu no Sato, with rows of green onions, daikon radishes, and potatoes, and many people bought them as souvenirs. The children's festival booths were mobile on the first day and set up next to the Ezo deer meatballs on the second day, adding to the market's lively atmosphere. For 100 yen, kids could try the candy-fishing game three times, and a little expert who had the knack appeared, catching four sweets in one go. There was also a sales corner for ume and tea, making the market even livelier. Thank you to everyone who came! #Nishiokoppe Village #Market #Autumn #Roadside Station #Kamu #three-day holiday #Ezo deer meatballs #venison braised in red wine #Yume-mura Mori no Garden #soba and udon #chiffon cake #Setoushi-kun-yaki #Seiryu no Sato #vegetable sales #Puppet Theater Circle Doremi #children's festival booths

Among the Drum Stands, they are said to be nearly 3 tons in size, and the appearance of the Niihama Drum Stand, which is presented by more than 150 men and dances in the clear autumn sky, is nicknamed the "Oto's Festival" because of its gorgeousness and grandeur. The photo is not of a blue sky, but of a drum stand illuminated by lights in the pitch black darkness. The gold and silver threads shine and the tassels sway violently, which is truly gorgeous and magnificent.

Kemono Night On the night of the mid‑autumn full moon (or so we thought—turns out it was actually the next day) Kemono Night returned after several years. Centered on the Minami family, dairy farmers in Nishiokoppe, and the guesthouse GA.KOPPER, a handful of Nishiokoppe locals and visiting chefs from nearby areas, with the cooperation of musicians, came together for a feast. Eating what was once alive and so carrying on life itself Around a firelit banquet we spent an evening giving thanks for life and the producers. Before we knew it, what had been just a sheet of plywood was adorned with deer and bear, providing warmth. Chilly but wrapped in clear air, the warm, richly flavored soup was superb. Deer, bear, sheep, cattle, plus vegetables and cheese We savored the gratitude of tasting locally harvested ingredients and the luxury of those ingredients becoming truly delicious dishes through the chefs’ wisdom and skill. Food that brings people together. Will the people who gathered that night meet again somewhere down the road? Thanks to the producers and everyone who came together that night. #Nishiokoppe Village #Kemono Night #GA.KOPPER #Ohtakoji #Yukiya Taneishi #RIDE #DJKATSU #Jomon Taiko #Yoshito Yamamoto #Kiichi Ninomiya #Megumi Takatsuka #mikachup #moor #Quite Hot #Makiya‑to Minaga #Higuma Taiko

Red spider lililies Fuchu Township Forest At the end of September, we are in the season of red spider liliies, which heralds the end of summer and the arrival of autumn. Unexpectedly, there was also a growing area of red spider lililies in Tokyo. The petals that had just opened were vigorous and fresh, dyeing the whole hill with crimson, while if you looked around the water's edge, you could see clusters of white flowers blooming and shining brightly. You can see the aesthetic Sense of everyone involved in maintenance. Discover a photogenic protagonist who catches your eye a little in a lively flower bed mixed with red and white! The appearance is a red and white flower knot that plays with each other. An elegant and delicate canopy flower that evokes a variety of feelings in the viewer. There are many names, such as 1000 faces.

〜both the literary and military arts〜 A samurai is a man of letters and a man of martial arts, studying both arts. For the Samurai, the way of literature and the way of martial arts are like two wheels on one wheel. Samurai honor, which believes that the way of literature and the way of martial arts are two sides of the same coin, aims at the path of both literature and martial arts through two experiences: Samurai tea ceremony and Samurai calligraphy. The spirit of the Samurai is a way of life and death, a way of letting go of attachment to life and living in this lifetime. Through Samurai honor, students acquire the spirit of Bushido.

The Atami Plum Garden Autumn Leaves Festival will be held from Saturday, November 16, 2024 to Sunday, December 8, 2024. Known as the earliest-blooming plum site in Japan, Atami Plum Garden is also a spot for autumn foliage. About 380 maple trees line the garden, and thanks to the warm climate they often change color from late November into December, making this place sometimes called the latest autumn foliage in Japan. During the festival there will be a footbath, a photo contest, jazz performances, illumination, and a wildflower moss-ball (kokedama) workshop, among other events.
