Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu
Aug. 11, 2023
Hello! This is Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu. This time, I would like to introduce the Sapporo streetcar. The Sapporo streetcar opened in 1918. The route trains that run through the center of Sapporo City are used by many people as a means of transportation for tourists and citizens. From the window of the leisurely streetcar, you can see the daily life of Sapporo citizens, which is a little different from sightseeing spots! In winter, you can see the "Sapporo White Illumination" from the inside of the car. The streetcar takes 55 minutes per lap, and you can get a great deal by using a one-day pass or a Dosanko Pass limited to weekends and holidays. You can also use transportation IC cards such as Suica, Kitaca, and PASMO! For a low price of 200 yen for adults and 100 yen for children, you can visit various sightseeing spots such as Mt. Moiwa, a scenic spot.

Beautifully spreading moss carpet "Tarumae Garo" The Tarumae Garo is located in the Mt. Tarumae forest and is 1979 Showa 54 designated as a natural environmental protection district of Tomakomai City. The sheer rocks create a unique landscape, and about 100 kinds of dark green moss stick to the rock surface, making it look like a velvet carpet. The best time to see them is from June to July every year. * Currently, there is a risk of rock collapse, so please do not go down to the river. * Shooting with a drone. Tomakomai City Tourism Promotion Division official YouTube has released a sightseeing PR video Tarumae Garo edition Short Ver, so please take a look from the QR code!

Omihachiman / Shiga Omihachiman / Shiga Although it was not that far away, for some reason I had not visited Omihachiman. When I went there, I was so attracted by the beautiful cityscape and river that I wondered why I hadn't been there before. The cloudy sky finally cleared up, and it was a very good memory. Everyone! Omihachiman is not so far away, but for some reason I had not visited there before. When I finally went there, I was so charmed by the beautiful cityscape and the river that I wondered why I had never been there before. The cloudy sky cleared up at the end of the tour, and it became a very good memory for me. I hope you will visit there, too!

At the Tokachigaoka Observatory, one of the "Tokapuchi Yudaikukan Scenic Cafe", local volunteer guides provide information on scenery and sightseeing on weekends and holidays during the summer season. Today the weather was better than the forecast and we could see the blue sky, so we went there on our bikes! Although there were many clouds, I could 🤩 see the Hidaka Mountains and the Tokachi Plain. You can see balloons in the early morning, and it is also a ✨ beautiful spot for sunsets. From Tokachigawa Onsen Town About 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes by bicycle. 【Volunteer Guide】 Period: July 1 Sat ~ September 30 Sat Time: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 10:00~15:00 * Canceled on rainy or high temperature 30 degrees Celsius or higher days * No drinks will be provided.

Former Yawata Post Office / Shiga Former Yawata Post Office / Shiga In the post office, where the old atmosphere remains, there is a chair that gives off a conspicuous atmosphere, and this is one of the photos I took unintentionally. I got a strange one that looks scary but also solemn! In the old post office, there is a chair that stands out from the rest, and I couldn't help but take this picture. I was surprised to find a chair that stood out in the old post office, and took this picture!

Recommended sightseeing spots nearby 【Tokachi Hills】 A garden with the theme of agriculture and food in Makubetsu Town. The popular event Umbrella Sky is being held until June 30th! Peonies and water lilies were blooming beautifully in the garden. I was also able to see paulownia flowers, which are vulnerable to cold and rarely bloom in Hokkaido. July 1-9 is Rose Week. You will want to visit the garden many times because you can see a different expression depending on the season. 【About 20 minutes by car from Tokachigawa Onsen】

It is the flower clock of Tokachigaoka Park. From June 24th ~ July 23rd, colorful flowers will entertain guests around Tokachigaoka Park under the title of "Hanascape Hanak and Hana Road". In addition, this park is a venue for events such as the early morning hot air balloon experience, the "Dream Glowworm Appreciation Party" in summer, and the "Sairinka" in winter. There is also a shop and a free footbath, so it is ✨ ideal for a relaxing break or picnic closed in winter. The Tourism Association also has rental bicycles, so it feels good to ride a bicycle!

Photographed from near the boat racetrack near the Hakata Port Tower in Fukuoka. The feeling of the sky and the sky during the transition into the evening are indescribably wonderful. It became a scenery. Today I would like to write about the area around Hakata Port Tower. Hakata Port Tower is one of the symbols of Fukuoka City and is 123 meters high. From the observation deck of the tower, you can enjoy views of Hakata Bay and Fukuoka City. At night, the tower is lit up and very beautiful. There are many other attractions around Hakata Port Tower. For example, at the Hakata Port International Terminal, you can see international cruise ships arriving and departing. In addition, the Hakata Port Bridge is the longest cable-stayed bridge in the Japan and is open to bicycles and pedestrians. From the Hakata Port Bridge, the contrast between the tower, the sea and the city can be seen beautifully. The area around Hakata Port Tower is a place where you can feel the charm of Fukuoka City. Please visit once!

This is a piece at Rakusuien in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The season when fresh greenery becomes beautiful... The greenery looks beautiful in these places. More about Fukuoka Rakusuien Fukuoka Rakusuien is one of the most beautiful gardens in Japan. This garden was built by Kuroda Nagamasa in the Edo period and has a history of about 300 years. Especially in spring, cherry blossoms, plum blossoms, rape blossoms, etc. are in full bloom, and the scenery surrounded by colorful flowers is a masterpiece.
