The other day, I really wanted to eat Jiro ramen, so I visited the Jiro-inspired restaurant "Pig Gang Hachioji Store" that opened last year in Hachioji for the first time. Access is from JR Hachioji Station, take Hachioji Station U-Road Nishi-Radiation Street toward Takao (west), turn left at the diagonal intersection where the radiation is interrupted and there is a daizushi, and head towards the direction where the movie theater called New Hachioji Cinema used to be. In about 5 minutes, the "back fat TKG" arrives first. It's the first time I've had a collaboration between back fat and egg rice, but I love TKG and back fat, so I was able to predict the taste. Ramen lovers are Chinabi staff. The other day, I went to "Kagoshima Tonkotsu Ramen Nanshu", which I hadn't visited yet!
