Commitment to domestic wheat and additive-free dough Bread Workshop Suwa Karin Tree On this day, the gluttonous Kasai visited the bread Workshop Suwa Karin Tree. The owner of this shop opened in May 2012 with a strong desire to make bread that can be eaten safely by children and babies. The bread dough is made from wheat from Hokkaido and is made without any preservatives, colorings, or additives!! ・Egg ⇒ Uses chicken eggs raised in Yatsugatake's foothills ・ Milk ⇒ Uses Raised Jersey cattle milk from Nobeyama Highlands ・ Sausage / bacon ⇒ Uses Gastronomical delicacies with the original taste of meat without additives ・Wheat ⇒ Carefully selected wheat from Hokkaido (Haru Yutaka, etc.) There are always about 25 kinds of bread in the store, including bread that appears every season. When I visited, it was 💦 sold out by 2 o'clock The manager's recommended way to eat it seems to be to eat 🥖 the most popular "Butter" with olive oil. Gluttonous Kasai has a rare matcha-flavored melon bread and rusks as melon bread! The oat cookies, which were sold out on this day, are the best 🎶 because they are large and filling like those in the United States. ◎ Bread Workshop Suwa Karin Tree 📍 Suwa City Ote 2-1-2 ☎ 0266-55-4343 ◎ Business hours: 10:00 ~ 19:00 ◎ Regular holiday : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday ◎ Car parking lot: Nawate Car parking lot (Use ticket available for purchasers) ◎ Payment: Cash, PayPay ◎ Home page : https://treeofkarin.weblike.jp// Bakery Suwa Karin-no Ki. (Chinese quince tree) The owner use additive free and also use only ingredients are produced in Japan!!! He takes pride in produced in Japan!!! He wants to customer to use for baby food. That’s why he particular about produced in Japan. He opened this shop about May in 2012. Ordinarily about 25 kinds of bread for sale. I went to the bakery about 2 P.M. The bread was almost sold out!!! They are changing bread each season. So, you can enjoy any kind of bread each season!!! The owner recommended the Batard. And recommended to way eat is put in an olive oil. It is so fantastic and amazing!!! Please try it out!!! Moreover, my recommend is Melon bread, oats cookie and rusk. Anyway, all breads are amazing. They have parking next to bakery. If you buy a bread, they give you parking free ticket.

[Amakusa West Coast 🌸 Spring Kiln Tour Opening] Known as the source of one of the world’s finest porcelain raw materials, Amakusa Toseki, the Amakusa West Coast hosts seven scattered kilns. The 30th Amakusa West Coast Spring Kiln Tour runs for five days from today, Friday, May 2, through Tuesday, May 6. The final kiln introduced is Takahama Ware Juhogama. The Amakusa West Coast Spring Kiln Tour finally begins today. This Golden Week, please come out to the Amakusa West Coast and enjoy the season 😊 *You can view previous kiln introductions from this account’s profile!* 🌸Takahama Ware Juhogama Located in the Takahama district of the Amakusa West Coast, Takahama Ware Juhogama boasts a long history dating back to the mid-Edo Period when Amakusa Toseki was first quarried and pottery production began. Its signature products are pure white, translucent porcelain and a distinctive painted motif called mirumon, inspired by seaweed. You have likely seen pieces with this pattern around Kumamoto Prefecture. Just before the Spring Kiln Tour, the workshop buzzes with preparation to put items out for sale. During the event, you can find bargain-priced items and chances to unearth real treasures. The painted pieces are whimsical and charming, and this season many designs feature sake motifs, which makes them especially fun. Mariko Ueda, the managing director, recommends a large-capacity café au lait bowl. It’s perfect for long morning drinks or for enjoying cereal—an ideal morning vessel. On the premises stands the former Ueda family residence, once the local headman’s home. A stroll through the garden brings dazzling spring greenery into view. If you pause feeling watched, you might find a large tanuki statue sitting among the bushes. That tanuki is still awaiting a name, so why not become its namesake when you visit? 📍Takahama Ware Juhogama (Instagram 👉 @takahamaware_kilnjyuho) 598 Takahama Minami, Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture 863-2804 TEL: 0969-42-1115 ____________________ 🖌️During the Spring Kiln Tour, Takahama Ware Juhogama offers painting experiences on an ongoing basis. 🎪From Friday, May 2 to Monday, May 5 (approximately 10:00–15:00), a market, guided history and architecture tours of the Ueda family and Shiraso, mochi pounding, and various other events will take place! 🌸 At the Famous landmarks "Kitoshi Forest" in Higashikawa Town, the cherry blossoms are blooming a little later this year. Best time to visit during Golden Week every year, but as of May 2, the buds are still in full bloom. It will be a while before it is fully bloomed. 🌱 Instead, what you can enjoy in the forest now is Spring wildflowers such as Fawn lily and Ezoengosaku. Pretty flowers of pale purple and blue herald the arrival of Spring. 🐤 In addition, the forest of Kitoshi is a treasure trove of wild birds. Spot is also perfect for bird watching! ❄ And the symbol of Higashikawa, "Asahidake", is another silver world. The contrast between the pure white mountains and the blue sky is very beautiful, and you can enjoy the superb view. 🌿 Please come and visit Higashikawa Town, which is full of Nature, during Golden Week! 🚗

Snow still dresses the mountains, and on clear days you can enjoy beautiful mountain views, so here are a few highlights. ■Tokachi Millennium Forest @tokachi_millennium_forest From the vast grounds you can see the Hidaka Mountain Range. During Golden Week, May 3–6, the Spring Garden Festa takes place. ■Tokachigaoka Observatory Located near Tokachigawa Onsen, it offers views of the Tokachigawa River, the hot spring town, and the Hidaka Mountain Range. It’s also a lovely spot for watching the sunset. ■Shinarashiyama Sky Park Observatory The Tokachi Plain spreads below like a patchwork quilt, making it a perfect panorama point, with the Hidaka Mountain Range visible behind. ■Obihiro Shrine @obihirojinja Cherry trees along the approach and within the shrine grounds are beginning to bloom. The hanachozu (flower-filled water basins) are decorated with pink, white, yellow, and other flowers, creating a festive scene. ■Nupuka no Sato @nupukanosato Located within Daisetsuzan National Park at an elevation of 600 meters, Nupuka no Sato offers sweeping views of Tokachi.
