Challenge trout grabbing in the Kuragari Valley

I went to Yakushima in May of this year. I was worried about my first trek, but I was relieved of fatigue when I saw the beautiful scenery!

Great way to enjoy the sakura season. I saw many people spent their day off on pleasure boats and enjoy the view of beautiful parks and garden near the river. At the same time few love to feed birds and fishes. This picture was taken exactly that moment when a pleasure boat was floating near skytree and one family was feeding those seabirds and you can see the blooming sakura in the background too.

I have received energy and power from the powerful flow of the fighting dragonada! !!

At Aikawa Waterfront Park in Tarui Town, Gifu Prefecture Carp streamers have been swimming on the river since the end of March. If you are at the end of March ~ beginning of April, you can see cherry blossoms as shown in the photo, and Mt. Ibuki covered with snow in the back.

[English/Japanese] May 5th is Children's Day. On Children's Day, people decorate the outside with fish (carp) called Koi Nobori. Koi Noboris" are decorations to wish for the growth of children and their success in life. The Asakawa River in Nishi-Hachioji is decorated with many Koi Noboris (carp streamers). The carp streamers flowing on the river are beautiful and very moving. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the school, which is a bit far, but please go and see them. May 5 is Children's Day. On Children's Day, we hold a fish called "Koinobori" outside (Koi Koi). "Koinobori" wishes for the growth and advancement of children. At Asakawa in Nishi-Hachioji, many events are held to decorate "koinobori". The streamers flowing over the river are beautiful and very moving. It's about a 25-minute walk from the school, and it's a little far away, but please go see it.

This is a photo of Takachiho Gorge in Miyazaki Prefecture. Takachiho is also famous for appearing in Nihon Shoki, and there are many beautiful valleys and forests rich in nature. Among them, Takachiho Gorge is popular as a tourist spot, and it is recommended because you can experience the dynamic nature, such as rowing to the bottom of the waterfall by rowing boat.

Ducks were frolicking in the Rikugien Gardens. The human world was in a difficult situation due to Corona, but it seemed to be fun.

When I went to my husband's hometown There is a river where I used to play, so let's go! Next door This is a photo when I went to play [Yabe River] in Yame City. There are also ankle-high places, It was a place where small children could play. It is the perfect place to cool off in the coming season.

It was when I took a walk along the Tama River. It was beautiful in the setting sun.

I felt ☺️ ❤️ as if I had traveled back in time when I saw the boatman slowly rowing the boat on the Hozu River in Kyoto Arashiyama.

It is an autumn view of Kiyosato Highland and Toryu Falls.

Yachiho Kogen Nature Park

A photo I took a little while back while on a small boat ride through Tokyo. This photo was of Ishikawajima Park, a small riverside park that looks like it'd be a nice place to relax and have some lunch with a friend or date or just get some fresh air. I'd like to come back and visit the area when I have some time and see what else is in the park, as well as take a look at the surrounding buildings and what they might have in the area as far as restaurants and shopping, etc. It's really nice that Tokyo seems to be returning to a relatively normal state and I'm seeing more people out and about and infection numbers don't seem to be on the rise currently. Hopefully this trend continues and I can start going out more and visiting all of the eateries and stuff I've been missing out on over the last year and a half!

At the Fukushima rice terraces in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture, which was selected as one of the 100 best terraced rice fields. The river illuminated by the western sun is the Chikuma River. It seemed that the full-scale rice harvesting would begin the next day.

I found it when I went for a walk a little farther It looked white in the foreground and shinier in the back.

Daigo Town, Ibaraki Prefecture Tsukimachi Falls The power of the maximum amount of water due to continuous rain

Went to a nearby waterfront park area and saw some yakatabune and other nice views. Got some nice fresh air together and even saw someone catch a fish. It looked like a pretty decent size fish too, but I couldn’t take a photo of it. We realized the planters on the way back were shaped like small boats so I took a photo of one. Thought it was kind of neat

This is the autumn foliage scenery of Koankyo in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture. This is a canyon formed by the deep erosion of both banks of the Minase River over many years. When you go down the stairs of the rocks, there is a promenade at the end of which there is a "large spout" where hot water and steam of 98°C are gushing out violently. Fresh green in spring, autumn leaves. And in winter, you can enjoy the large icicles "shigakko" that descend into the canyon. This photo was taken overlooking the autumn foliage scenery from Kawarayu Bridge.

This is the autumn foliage scenery of the Kinhana Valley in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture. Xiangbang Valley is one of the 100 Japan Scenic Spots, and is a valley of about 2 km that was formed by the erosion of limestone by the Sunatetsu River. Cliffs about 100 meters high stand on both banks, and the flow of the mountain stream is very quiet. On the boat descent, the boatman skillfully maneuvers the boat with a single rod and tells you "Geibi Oiwake". Of course, the autumn leaves are splendid, but when the wisteria flowers bloom in the season of fresh greenery, they are also quaint and emotional.

Another photo that I took earlier this summer in Kumagaya. I've noticed Japan has a lot of interesting statues, many of which are naked lol. I'm not 100% sure what the text on the plaque says for this photo either (I'm really bad at reading anything but standard fonts) but I think it's "花園の歌" or "A Song in a Flower Garden" or something to that effect. I thought it was a rather peculiar statue to see in Japan. I wonder if it has some other cultural influences behind it. Either way, I thought it was nice that I was able to get a photo of it with the koinobori and the canal in the background. I'm curious to see if there are other statues or works by this artist, so I'll have to see if I can read the name at the bottom and look it up later.

It is a river in Kibichuo Town, Kaga District, Okayama Prefecture "Narutaki Forest Park". During the summer vacation, which was hot, I couldn't even go on a trip due to Corona, so I took my child to the local river. The water was cold and it felt good.

Lots of awesome photos being posted today. It's kind of making me jealous with how beautiful they all are. I went for a walk today and took a picture somewhere along the Arakawa River. I'll have to try and walk it all the way to Kitasenju someday lol. That or maybe take it all the way to Chichibu in Saitama. I know it's a really long river. I don't think I could make it that far though sadly. Kind of disappointed that summer is basically over already but at the same time I'm excited for the autumn colors this fall. Hopefully I can get out and visit some temples and shrines out in the countryside or something. I saw some photos like that mostly in Kyoto but I'm sure there are some places nearby Tokyo or in the Kanto region in general where I can see some nice scenery. If not then I'll just have to go somewhere and find it!
