I visited Kino no Mori Coffee in Otofuke, Hokkaido ☕️ They offer authentic siphon coffee and dishes made with local ingredients, all prepared with love for Otofuke. This time I tried the "Taiyō Atsu-Atsu Napolitan" (literally "Sun — piping-hot Napolitan") — plenty of local seasonal vegetables and chewy, wide noodles coated in a rich tomato sauce; it was so delicious I couldn't stop eating! Kino no Mori Coffee A coffee shop next to Hapio Kino, supervised by morihico. Many of the ingredients used in the menu are local, and some of the products are available for purchase at Hapio. Tables and chairs are spaced out in an open setting, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The photos show Pizza Aligo, a hazelnut latte, and Napolitan. They are served in skillets, so they arrive piping hot and very tasty! Japan is good at incorporating foreign cultures and foods and evolving them on their own. How many overseas people come to Japan and serve this photo at a chain store specializing in Nagoya-style fresh pasta in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture, and imagine that it tastes like spaghetti with meat sauce when they eat it? In particular, I would like ♪ the people of Italy, who are the original people, to take on the challenge.

Man, yesterday I was just too busy to even log in. I did manage to eat some delicious pasta though. It was a small restaurant I found at Oji Station called "Ombra." The noodles were really interesting. They were thick and hollow. I forget what they were called but the pasta tasted great and the salad did as well. I definitely recommend eating here. I didn't manage to take a photo of the outside of the restaurant but it shows up on google easy enough if you just search it. The interior was really nice as well. Quiet and dim and there were a lot of photos on the wall as well. It made waiting for my food quite enjoyable. There was also an award on the wall as well, although I forget exactly what it said. If I remember correctly, it had something to do with excellent quality, or something similar to that. Also the pasta seems to change daily so I'll have to go back and try the other kinds

We found a new favorite restaurant in Tamachi, Tokyo! The food was really yummy and the atmosphere was really nice thanks to the illumination outside 🌃
