We went to Good Morning Cafe in Sendagaya. Enjoyed lunch and the fluffy angel food cake👼 The cafe was quiet and the sofa was comfortable🛋 It made me feel like staying there more🥰

We found a new favorite restaurant in Tamachi, Tokyo! The food was really yummy and the atmosphere was really nice thanks to the illumination outside 🌃

Speaking of winter, Christmas 🎄 Santa came to our house and the children had 😄❤️ a great time. The night was lively with Christmas cake, and my nephew, 4 years old, was trying 📷 to put out the fire by lighting a candle on his cake 🎂. At the dining room of my home (Shimane Prefecture). What a beautiful photo! I've seen a Japanese friendship garden in Portland I think it was but this one has a totally different atmosphere. It's really cool to see the different styles. I hadn't heard of West Lake before but I looked at some pictures of it and it looks like a beautiful place. I like how the architecture of the pavilions is very similar as well. I'm certainly a fan of all of the winter scenery I've gotten to see this year, but I feel like the cherry blossoms would certainly look amazing here. That or even the foliage in the autumn. I'd like to check this out when I get the chance. It looks like there are some interesting restaurants in the area as well so I can look forward to some tasty food!

Went to Tokyo Skytree and enjoyed beef tongue at Rikyuu, the popular Sendai restaurant. The planetarium with songs from DREAMS COME TRUE was really touching🌟I wanna visit again sometime soon😌

Visited Tokyo Skytree. Haven’t been going outside at all lately so we needed a change of pace. Found some really nice Edo Kiriko, at some beef tongue, and tried senbei ice cream for the first time

Tried a new tsuyu again lol. A spicy flavor this time. It’s not as spicy as it looks actually, just the right level of spicy. The tsuyu was 赤から apparently from Nagoya. Goes great with udon too. Tasted really good

Ahhh I love watching these kinds of videos. Getting to see food truck/food stall vendors make food is just so organic. It's nice since I'm not able to travel much these days as well (not that anybody is really). I've never had gohei mochi, let alone heard of it before, but it reminds me of Akita's Kiritanpo. I think the last food truck item I got was ツブ, snail I guess? I didn't even know that until now lol. My girlfriend loved it, I was a bigger fan of the bacon that went with it. Really hoping I can visit another food stall again soon though as I really miss the yakisoba that they make. The yakisoba from the convenience store is alright, but it doesn't really hold a candle to the food stalls 😂. Just gonna have to keep waiting until it's okay to travel again though. Until then I'm gonna keep watching videos to stay sane lol!
