Wow, that looks amazing. French food is usually already really pretty but with the Japanese touch it's really something else. I really like that you can see the Japanese twist with things like the small ramen/chashu dish and the food carving that seems to be a specialty of Japan. I was watching Grand Maison Tokyo last year with my girlfriend and it was really cool watching what the French cuisine industry might look like in Japan and I guess just the top of the food industry in general. I haven't had French cuisine much lately myself (I'm more of an Italian kind of guy), but maybe once valentines day comes around I'll make a dinner reservation. To be fair this Craftale place actually seems pretty affordable considering what they're offering. A fancy dinner course for ¥10,000 is quite reasonable.

Man that's a lot of meat! I love yakiniku though so I wouldn't be surprised if I could eat all of it 😂 I haven't went to a yakiniku restaurant in a while since we just cook it at home in our nabe, but I'd love to go to a yakiniku restaurant again soon. The atmosphere is always really nice and it's nice to get out and have a beer with some friends over some delicious meat. I used to always go to this all-you-can-eat style yakiniku restaurant with friends some years back but with everyone living in different places I haven't been able to do so in a while. I'm pretty sure I've never went to Ushimatsu, but dang does it look good. I'm a huge fan of the toasted bread and meat too, looks tasty! If I'm ever in Minato and looking to splurge I'll have to give this place a visit!

HA! Soba eaten with just an entire leek for a spoon. I'd love to try this. My girlfriend loves green onions so I'm sure she'd love this too 😂 I think one of the great things about Japan is that not only is the food really delicious, but it's also (generally) really healthy too. I'd certainly agree that this is innovative! As I've been informed there's also laver (not wakame) as well as nameko mushrooms in the soup! Sounds delicious to me! I had some really good soba over New Years as well but I never thought to use a leek for a spoon! I'll have to try it out next time I eat it at home! Ouchi-Juku looks like a really cool place in Fukushima as well. It reminds me of Shirakawa-go with the thatched rooves.

Fukushima Ouchi-juku's specialty "negi soba noodles"! I had seen and heard about eating soba with one green onion, but it was still novel! smile
But if you sip soba noodles and nibble on green onions, you will be surprisingly addicted!

Seafood Mehico Asakusa - Looks sooo delicious! I'm a huge fan of everything this dish has; bread, cheese, and chicken. Also haven't had any Mexican food in a while so it'd be nice to try some again for a change. Last time I had it in Japan was at a small restaurant in the countryside. It's quite different than the Mexican food in America but just as delicious (probably more) and the portion sizes are much healthier 😆 I noticed it also seems like the ingredients are usually more... refreshing? It's hard to explain but it feels like the ingredients are of a higher quality overall. Maybe I can enjoy some for the holidays if I'm lucky!

・ 🗾Web store Hoshino (2nd time) SNS→Instagram( @cksb_hoshino )、Twitter。 Kiyoyu Soy Sauce Hoshino's mail order shop in Nagano Prefecture. This is the first order since the collaboration with Tsukesoba Shonen in Nagano Prefecture. I bought it at @baseec, who often uses it this time. < soba noodles 2 meal set (1900 yen, shipping not included)> The set includes 2 types of noodles, soup with menma, 2 types of char siu, and noodle salt. + Ingredients are kelp water (kelp + boiled and dried), trefoil 😆 I like the smooth type of kelp water more than mush, so I love Rausu kelp without using gagome or root kelp 😍. For niboshi, choose Ibuki Iriko! Prepared by draining the water from the day before. The timing of boiling two types of noodles is difficult 💦 It's (^^) nice to be able to compare thin noodles and medium thick noodles. The umami of the chicken and the crisp soy sauce are also good! It has a good balance with fat. Menma, char siu, etc. are still the best 🙋 ♂️ Thank you for the delicious feast ^ ^
