Bat Waterfall The bat waterfall in Bungo-Ono City, Oita Prefecture, is about 120 meters wide and 10 meters high. It is said that the name came from the fact that when you look at the bat waterfall from above, the shape of the cliff looks like a bat spreading its wings. You can see the whole thing from the Bat Waterfall Observation deck. It is a waterfall over the main stream of the Ono River, and in the Meiji era, in order to transport Supplies through boats on the Ono River, a water channel was built to bypass this waterfall and a gutter-like gutter like a slide to raise and lower the boat. The remains of the boatway construction are a very valuable heritage site, and it is also a designated historic site in Oita Prefecture as the "Bat Waterfall Boat Road Site". 【Place】Bungo-Ono City, Ogata Town, Kusafukano ~ Asaji Town Kamiozukama About 50 minutes by Car from Oita Mera Interchange About 12 minutes by car from JR Ogata Station * The road to the bat waterfall Observation deck is There are very narrow section, so please be careful when driving. ■■■Access to the center of Bungo-Ono City■■■ About 3 hours by car from JR Hakata Station in Fukuoka Prefecture About 2 hours by Car from JR Kumamoto Station in Kumamoto Prefecture About 1 hour and 20 minutes by Car from JR Beppu Station in Oita Prefecture About 1 hour and 20 minutes by Car from JR Yufuin Station in Oita Prefecture ■■■■■■■■■■■■ Kyushu, Oita Prefecture Bungo-Ono City Sightseeing and recommended Spots ■■■■■■■■■■■■

Yesterday (9/9), we replanted the bulbs of Water daffodils in the scenic spot Tsumekizaki in Shimoda City. Water Sen is a flower that blooms in winter, and Shimoda City Held in the Water Sen Festival from December 20 to January 31. All the bulbs of the Water daffodils that bloom in the park are dug up in June every year, and when the summer is over, the Shimoda City park management staff plants the bulbs. Water daffodils seem to be flowers that bloom without repotting for several years, but I dig them up and replant them while checking the soil and buried bulbs so that beautiful Water senzans bloom. Today, about 15 people gathered to work. We did it 😊 with the hope that it will bloom even more beautifully this year I am looking forward to ✨ the opening of the season when I imagine that this bulb will open its eyes and bloom, and in three months it will become a Water Senen garden like pure white snow Participating in the work were the people of the Local Suzaki Ward, Izu Kyuko Line, Shimoda Kaikoku Museum, Shimoda Ropeway, Villa Ozawa (Tsumekizaki Store), Blues Tsumeki (Tsumekizaki Store), Shimoda City General Affairs Division, Tourism Exchange Division, Shi~mon Information Center, and Shimoda City Tourism Association. Thank you to 😊 all the participants for their hard work under the scorching sun We would like to invite many customers to come to the Water Sen Festival again this year, so we plan to pass the baton to the park management staff and continue to replant the many bulbs. Thinking about Water Garden, which is dyed pure white, we are waiting for you in January! * The photo of Water Senen Garden in full bloom is the winning work of last year's photo contest.

An island 🏝 you'll want to come back to again and again ― Izu Oshima Island Tour Hello! This is 🤗 Hokule'a Shonan This time, I would like to introduce ✨ the Scene of the diving tour on Izu Oshima Island Izu Oshima Island is a popular outlying island that is easy to access from Tokyo. It's about 45 minutes by high-speed boat from Atami, 🛳 but it's a different world in the sea. Held in for the second time this year, and there are many repeat visitors, making it truly 😊 an island that makes you want to come back again and again A fascinating Water world 🌊 The sparkling scenery that spreads out in the shallow area ✨ The world surrounded by light is so beautiful that you will want to look at it forever. Plus, swimming through the dynamic terrain ⛰️ arches and rocky terrain created by volcanic eruptions will make you feel like you're on an adventure. No matter where you dive, there is a lot of variety, and every time you dive, you will discover something new! And above all, a school 🐠🐟 of fish constantly swimming around the divers and never and a moment when they get bored. Unforgettable Night Diving 🌙 What was particularly impressive this time was night diving. The sea at night shows a completely different look than in the daytime. Fish and nocturnal creatures illuminated by lights... Kiss your heart. Among them, what! !️ I came across an oversized sea turtle 🐢 with a body length of more than 1 m. Impression ✨ by the appearance of sleeping comfortably on the rocky ground Everyone was so excited by the power that they just got close and kissed ... I'm sorry 🙏 I woke you up, but it was 👏 a really valuable encounter. Summary🪸 Izu Oshima Island is a special place that combines the grandeur of Nature with the richness of Water, in addition to its proximity and accessibility. A world of shallow light, volcanic terrain, schools of fish, and encounters with big game... All of them will be unforgettable memories. I Izu Oshima Island everyone thinks, "I want to Outbound again!" I can't wait to see 🤿✨ what kind of encounters await me on the next tour 📸 The tour Scene and Latest Information are also Broadcasting on Instagram! 👉 @hokulea_divejapan #DiveJapan #UnderwaterAdventure #ScubaLife #OceanLovers #NightDive #DivingJapan #ExploreTheBlue #HokuleaShonan

Spend 🍃 a relaxing time in Nature At the "Crystal Fountain" located in the center of Shosenkyo Gorge, the Splash of water bursts and the scene sparkles in the wind is very wonderful. 💎 By the way, the birthstone for September is sapphire. The stone language is "Charity, Sincerity, and Virtue." It is said to give confidence to those who have it and lead them to success, and it is also 💙 said to have the effect of calming mental irritation and anxiety Inside the facility, you'll find beautiful sapphire rings, necklaces, and natural stones from around the world. All 10 beaches in Shimoda City ended their opening period on August 31. Thank you very much for visiting us again this year, many. After the opening period, there will be no more swimming areas and surf areas, and there will be no regulations such as "prohibitions, cautions, or permits" regarding swimming conditions, and there will be no lifesavers or lifeguards at the Beaches. A Water Accident Warning has also been issued. It is likely that the hot days will continue, so if you come to swim, please be careful of the weather, water temperature, wave conditions, etc. Be careful of water places other than the sea. In addition to Bathing in the sea, it seems that you can still spend time in the sea as a marine bath. In marine sports, there are also experiences that even beginners can do, such as sea kayaking, surfing, and diving. In addition, just walking on the beach and breathing in the salty air can be expected to have the effect of ocean bathing. Lay out a sheet on the sand, look at the sea leisurely, or indulge in reading. In a change from the vibrancy of summer, the sea in autumn is enveloped in a transparent and calm atmosphere. The sea ✨ of Shimoda that makes you want to Outbound even after the Bathing in the sea season has passed We look forward to seeing you (^o^)
