Autumn is my favorite season in Japan. This is because of this aesthetic view. Enjoying the autumn from ropeway is very good but the view of autumn with the ropeway is amazing. On this day, the gluttonous Kasai visited a Japanese confectionery shop that I had been interested in for a long time! It is "Koshido" in Suehiro, Suwa City. We interviewed President Kurita about his story. It is a long-established Japanese confectionery store that has been in business for 99 years since 1925 (Taisho 14)!! The current president seems to be the third generation. It just so happened that five days before I visited, a Local newspaper published an article saying that the hanging paper and stickers of Koshido's Standard products were designed by students of the Local Suwa Industrial High School. According to the president, there used to be 60~70 stores in the Suwa City Confectionery Association, and there were Member stores stores in the city alone, but now there are only 17 stores. I may not know the name of the hill, but witnessing the Naeba Plateau in the fall is truly a breathtaking experience. It transforms into a stunning tapestry of autumn colors, as if it were aflame with beauty. The national highway that traverses the area adds to the scene, leading one through a charming tunnel that highlights nature's grandeur. It's a wonderful reminder of how harmoniously the landscape and human elements coexist.

On the Lakeside of Lake Kawaguchi, we enjoyed the collaboration between Autumn leaves and Mt. Fuji. I was worried that this year's Autumn leaves would be affected by the intense heat, but they were dyed bright red to my surprise.
