Jukoku Pass It is said that the Jukoku Pass got its name because it saw ten countries (Izu, Sagami, Suruga, Totoumi, Kai, Awa, Kazusa, Shimousa, Musashi, Shinano and Goto< Oshima, Niijima, Kozushima, Miyakejima, and Toshima >). From the top of Mt. Nichikane, you can see Mt. Fuji to the north, Suruga Bay to the west, and Sagami Bay to the east. It seems that there have been many people who have tried to paint this vision with a paintbrush for a long time, but it is said that they could not stand the size and beauty of this project. There is a cable car ride to the top of the mountain and back. It is about one and a half hours from Himenosawa Park, and you can also visit it by trekking while enjoying nature. Azaleas are in full bloom in spring, a cool breeze blows in summer, ripple pampas grass ears flutter in autumn, and warm plateau sunshine welcomes you in winter. * "Dog Run in the Sky" has resumed on November 11, 2023! The bottle is a sunset scene from the top of the forest (Ehime Prefecture). The silhouette on the right side of the photo is a shrine at the top of the mountain. On the front of the shrine is written "Ishidoyama Daigongen Women's Path", and inside the shrine is Ishido Kongo Zao Daigongen. The mountain you can see in front of you is Mt. Ishizuchi, the highest peak in Shikoku. In the majestic nature, the mind is cleansed and you feel reverent. It is an ancient mountain worship and the original scenery of Japan that we want to preserve for the future.

Katsuoji Temple / Minoh Katsuoji Temple, which is famous for its "Victory Daruma", was even more crowded with tourists as the autumn foliage season began. This is one of the photos I took at Katsuoji. This is the most confident photo I took on my first outing in a long time! By the way, Katsuoji Temple is crowded with tourists around noon, so considering the cold, I think it's just right to arrive around 2 o'clock in the afternoon!
