This is the Hinoji Valleys in Tokushima Prefecture that I went to in May 2025. It is said that it was named because it looks like the "hi" in hiragana. This is one of the photos when I went to Koshio Kuroyama Mitaki in Saitama Prefecture in February of this year. On the day of the event, it was raining steadily and it was very cold, but I remember seeing the beautiful waterfall and forgetting the cold. It's a small waterfall, but this waterfall is not three waterfalls, but it seems to be called Welcome Falls. It was the first waterfall at the entrance in front of the three waterfalls.

Kikuchi Gorge: a breathtaking retreat of fresh verdant beauty Kikuchi Gorge, a signature attraction of Kikuchi City in Kumamoto Prefecture, is a stunning canyon chosen as one of Japan’s Top 100 Forest Bathing Sites, Top 100 Famous Waters, and Top 100 Waterfalls. After exploring the famous Senga Falls and the curious “Stone Gate” along the promenade further ahead — a rock that looks like it might stick together but doesn’t — be sure to take a look at the “ice objects.” Today we saw rainbows at both Senga Falls and the ice objects!
