This year's peaches are some of the sweetest and juiciest they have been in years! Tokyo Bakery On this day, Shokushinbo Kasai visited "Tokyo Bakery", which is close to the office and has exquisite bread with a chewy texture. It was moved to its current location from the first year of Heisei, but before that, it was There is a in Suehiro in Suwa. This was a bakery where Kawanishi's grandmother, a gluttonous child, used to buy bread from Tokyo Bakery. So, it's a bakery that I can go to without permission with the bakery that raised me. It has been in business for about 70 years. What's more, it's a bakery where you can make a reservation for bread and the bread reservation shelf! I hadn't heard much about the bakery's reservation system, so I was very surprised. I and a lot of reservations on that shelf. That's why it's such a popular bakery!! Reservations are required for 🥖 your favorite bread Gluttony Kasai's recommendations are: Pain de Me, Cheese France, Bacon Cheese France, Karashimentai France, Grain Peanut France, An Butter France, Arabiki Pork Bread, Pizza Bread, Burdock Salad Bread, Fresh Cream Bread, Danish Bread, Cream Donuts, Curry Bread, Deluxe Wiener, An Donuts, Angel bread, banana sandwiches, and sandwiches are all varieties. Excuse me... My love for Tokyo Bakery was so strong that I recommended everything I ate. Right now, I'm secretly targeting "Parisians!! Fun 🎶 after you come to the store to see what kind of bread this is I think it's bread, like a glutton. Gluttonous Kasai wants to eat Parisians all to himself w It seems to appear 🤤 in a dream Tokyo Bakery's bread is really chewy and chewy like no other!! I can boast that it is the most chewy bakery that a gluttonous person has ever eaten in his life. Is it a true Roux sleeper!? w If you like chewy bread, Tokyo Bakery's bread is 🥖 a must! Gluttonous Kasai is a super recommended bakery! We hope you will enjoy 🎶 it ◎ Tokyo Bakery 📍 Suwa City Owada Minami 14−10 ☎ 0266-52-1299 ◎ Business hours : 07:30 - 18:30 ◎ Regular holiday: Sundays, Holidays ◎ Car parking lot: About 10 cars (including shared with neighboring boutiques) ) The Tokyo bakery! This is gluttony Kasai’s favorite bakery ever!!! The shop is so close to our office. Their bread is so softy and springy. Maybe about 35 years ago, my grandma bought us (my brothers) some sandwiches and breads. We loved it. They raised us up for big! First of all, I was so surprised for about bread reservation. Have you ever heard bread reservation? How nice is it!!! My case is, if I go bakery I couldn’t find my favorite bread, I will find another bread. So, I have to give up it. But if the bakery has reservation system, it is so nice to me!!! There are “Bread reservation shelf”. There were so many breads on the shelf. So sweet! Tokyo bakery’s my recommendation? Absolutely all of them!!! I bet you will satisfy. I am aiming for “Parisienne”. It appears in my dream!! Hahaha! Their bread is just like spring bed! The bread is so softy and so springy. I want to you guys try them out!!! Photographed on July 13, 25. This is CAFE ANDON's Senba Toshogu Shrine Parfait. The base is layered with Hokkaido Ogura bean paste, fresh cream, homemade granola, and homemade Kawagoe matcha mousse. It is topped with Morino Ranch soft serve ice cream and decorated with white balls, red bean paste, andon cookies, Tokugawa family crest cookies, and matcha powder, and is very luxurious. 🍨✨ It has black honey, and when you pour it on, it tastes even better.

Tokachi Hills, a garden on a gentle hill in Makubetsu, is hosting Rose Week until Sunday, July 13. At the entrance, you can borrow leisure sheets and baskets for free and enjoy a picnic inside the garden. The café attached to the shop serves soft-serve ice cream, rice balls, curry and more. This time I had a chilled white corn soup made with Memuro-grown corn. There is also Garden Cafe NIWAKARA in the garden, where you can enjoy lunch or a reservation-only afternoon tea while looking over the grounds. Even after Rose Week, various events take place, so please stop by. If you cycle from obihiro station, there are uphill sections, so we recommend an electric bicycle. Cycling will give you a good sweat—please watch out for heatstroke. You pass Manabe Garden by bike, so you can visit both gardens on one ride. It takes about 25 minutes by bike from Manabe Garden to Tokachi Hills. https://www.tokachi-hills.jp//

At Manabe Garden in Obihiro, hydrangeas are beginning to bloom little by little. At the garden entrance, a gnome-like fairy known in Europe as a guardian of the garden welcomes visitors. A film set from the morning drama series Natsuzora is also on display beside the entrance and next to the café on the lawn terrace. After strolling through the garden, why not enjoy lunch or a cold sweet at the café? The sweets menu includes three parfaits—the ice brulee parfait, the Strawberry Green Garden parfait, a coffee jelly parfait—as well as soft-serve ice cream. This time I had the ice brulee parfait—what a blissful moment. It has been hot every day, so please enjoy summer sightseeing while staying hydrated. Confectionery Judo On this day, the gluttonous Kasai was lured by the sweet Aroma as usual and visited Judo-san! On the day of the event, the person who dealt with the gluttonous Kasai was Mr. TakeVillage. The company was founded about 64 years ago. Judo is Famous in the Locals for its ankoro mochi, dango, and shionaka. This "ankoro mochi" is often served at funerals in the Suwa region. I was born and raised in Suwa, but in the Suwa region, I have never heard of and custom of "moon viewing". There are and Botamochi have often heard. Gluttonous Kasai bought Swiss rolls, daifuku, and Dango. The cut roll was gentle and high-quality fresh cream, and on this day, chestnuts were included, and it was so delicious that it became addictive. Daifuku is also recommended for women because the bean paste is not sweet and the mochi is soft, and it is a size that can be eaten Anytime! The Dango is exquisite, the sauce wraps the Dango tightly, and it is easy to purchase because it is a full-scale meal! As a glutton, I 🎶 was also curious about the "appuru cake" in the showcase On this day, it was not in the showcase, but my Gourmet master's "Sacchan Master" in the Information Center in front of the station is Exquisite cream puffs and seems to be recommended to everyone!! If you have the opportunity, please buy it!! Mr. TakeVillage's best was ankoro mochi, dango, and salt! ◎ Sweets Judo 📍 2-1-17 Suwa, Suwa City ☎ 0266-52-2555 ◎ Business hours : 08:00 - 17:30 ◎ Regular holiday: January 1, Not opens (Vacation once a month) ◎ Car parking lot: 2 cars (in front of the house next to the store and in front of the parking lot on the right side across the road from the store entrance Car ) Today, Gluttony Kasai went to Kotobuki-dou. Mr.Takemura introduce me about Kotobuki-dou. The Kotobuki-dou is famous for Ankoro mochi, Dango and salty Monaka. I saw Ankoro mochi in funeral. This is regional persists habit around suwa area. Also, this area, I don’t listen so much about Otsukimi (Moon viewing). The day I bought Daifuku, roll cake and Dango. Rolled cake was not too sweet, the cream was so smooth and soft. The Daifuku also not too sweet, the size is bite sized. So, it is easy to eat even kids and women. Dango is also bite sized. Mitarashi sauce is so fit together well. Hmmm… So nice! I was curious about apple cake too. My gourmet master “Satchan” taught me, her recommendation is “Cream Puff”. But that day wasn’t there. I’ll try again other day! Mr.Takemura’s recommendation is Daifuku, Dango and salty Monaka. ◎ Sweets place Kotobuki-dou ◎2-1-17 Suwa, Suwa City ☎ 0266-52-2555 ◎ Opening Hours: 08:00 - 17:30 ◎ Regular holiday: January 1st, irregular holiday (closed once a month) ◎ Parking lot: 2 cars (please see 10th, 11th picture))

On this day, the gluttonous Kawanishi was invited by his usual sweet Aroma to visit Mr. @suwa_clover. The person who spoke on the day was Mr. Komatsu, the owner of the store. It seems that it has been about 10 years since I first started clover in this area. In the beginning, Mother was the cashier, and Mr. Komatsu seemed to be a specialist in making it. Now, it seems that he is doing everything by himself. When I entered the store, I was most surprised by the variety of cookies!! There are so many kinds of cookies. From the point of view of cookie lover Kasai, it's 🍪🎶 the perfect time When I asked why, I got a Kiss! "The reason is that I like cookies!! The words are so wonderful that time stops, doesn't it? You don't 🤣 🍪 have to tell me that cookies are made by cookie-loving shopkeepers Tarts are also recommended, but cookies are also recommended!! There are also message cookies, and it seems that there are many people who are shy and not good at conveying their feelings to others, and many people pre-order large quantities instead of message cards when they retire! And most of all, "Original Cake"! As you can see from Clover's Home page, Original the beauty of the cake!! It's so beautiful that it's a shame to eat it!! Reservations are required, but if you have a caricature or photo, we can make it to order! How about the only Original cake in the world!? Finally, just here, drip coffee is a completely Original coffee exclusively for clover cakes, which is made by a friend of the owner, Mr. Komatsu, who selects the coffee that matches Clover's cake! If you want coffee that is not served anywhere else, it is ☕ a must!! ◎ clover 📍 4-10-21 Kogan-dori, Suwa City ☎ 0266-57-0374 ◎ Business hours : Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10:30~18:00 ◎ Regular holiday : Monday, Tuesday, Water, Thursday ◎ Car parking lot: About 4 cars in front of the store ◎ Home page : https://suwa-clover.com//

Taisha Senmochi Suwa On this day, the gluttonous Kasai was lured by the sweet Aroma to visit the Taisha Senmochi Suwa store. Since childhood, he has loved the peanut crackers and castella rice crackers from Taisha Senmochi, and they are one of the favorite foods of the gluttonous Kasai. It was President Sasaki's wife who spoke to the gluttonous Kasai while he was busy. The history of Taisha Senmochi is that it was founded in Shimosuwa Town at the end of the Taisho era and moved to Suwa City in 1955 (Showa 30). In the list of the Suwa Confectionery Association in H23, it is said that it was founded in 1921 (Taisho 10) (1921), but the source seems to be unknown. However, in the land of Suwa, there is a "Taisha senmochi! It's like, "Oh my God. Ladies and gentlemen, when you think of Taisha rice crackers, don't you think of peanut crackers??? In fact, the first thing that was served as a Taisha rice cracker seems to be a castella rice cracker! (Unofficial) Peanut crackers are included in sweets called "Taisha", so you can imagine that Taisha senmochi = peanut crackers! That's not what I mean!!! At first, it seems that castella rice crackers existed as Taisha rice crackers!! Both peanut crackers and castella crackers are super popular signature products that have been around since the company's founding. I didn't know about this until I heard the story! It seems that the first founder of Taisha Senmochi had a very close relationship with Mr. Miyaji of Suwa Grand Shrine Lower Shrine at that time, and Mr. Miyaji asked the first founder to sell distribution items that could be distributed to Ujiko (shrine parishioners) at the time of the Gobashira. At that time, I was able to call the "Asahi Senbei" current castella rice crackers that I was making at the store as "Taisha Senmochi", and it is the secret story of the birth of "Taisha Senmochi"! I was overwhelmed with emotion when I was able to know the beginning of the name that I had been wondering about for a long time ~ since I was a child!! And the recipe for Taisha senmochi products is fixed in size, but it seems that the craftsman adjusts it from day to day depending on the season, temperature, humidity, etc. Based on this immense trust in the craftsmen, the gluttonous Kawanishi thinks that this is the reason why "Taisha Senmochi" has been loved in the land of Suwa for a long time. Of course, all of Taisha's recommended products are all products, but the one I was particularly interested in was "salt yokan with walnuts". It contains plenty of large walnuts, and it is so large that you can see the walnuts in it even with the naked eye! It is a must see souvenir for walnut lovers!! The tourism association also has customers from other prefectures who come to Suwa to buy Taisha senmochi as a Souvenirs, and it is so popular that they are asked, "Can I buy it online or at a department store?" When you come to Suwa, be sure to visit Souvenirs!! ◎ Taisha Senmochi Suwa store 📍 5320-9 Nakasu, Suwa City ☎ 0266-53-2777 ◎ Business hours: 9:00 ~ 17:15 ◎ Regular holiday : Closed on Sundays ◎ Car parking lot: About 10 cars in front of the store ◎ Home page : http://taisyasenbei.jp//
