Today I am doing my last walk around Kawagoe for the year.

Here is an introduction to Temari, a sweets shop located in Imajo-shuku Post Town.
This time I chose kuromitsu matcha. The shiratama rice dumplings on this plate look like flowers and are so cute ♡
They mix tofu into the dumplings, which makes them soft and very delicious!

I relaxed at Maestro in Risona Coedo Terrace, open every Wednesday.
I had a Winter Berry Mocha and a buckwheat and matcha financier. The Winter Berry Mocha blends strawberry and chocolate for a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. The financier was freshly baked.

The exam finished safely.
Tokyo was crowded, so I’m relaxing at home in my local area.
I had a gingerbread latte and a white mocha cake.

A wagashi shop tucked into a lane on the west side of Zenkoji in the monzen town area.

This value ticket lets you choose and purchase items from 19 shops offering Nagano specialties and sweets!

✨How to use✨
1. Buy a ticket (¥700 per ticket, tax included)
Tickets are available at the Nagano City Tourist Information Center and at some participating shops (12 stores).
2. At shops listed in the pamphlet, exchange the stickers attached to the ticket (five ¥100 stickers and four ¥50 stickers) for products.
3. Turn in used tickets to exchange for a prize (receive an original bag!).

The ticket costs less than buying items separately and lets you sample many shops’ flavors in small portions, making it perfect for a food-walking tour ✨

Moncher × Gokase Grapes 🍇

I visited the Gokase grape collaboration now on sale at Moncher Seasons in Hakata Hankyu.✨

The cakes displayed in the showcase looked as delicious as they sounded… 🍰
A kind staff member showed me the cakes made with Gokase grapes. 👀
They said the collaboration has been widely promoted, and some customers come specifically for the cakes featuring Gokase grapes. 😆

I tried the soft-serve made with Campbell Early grapes. 🍦
The soft-serve wasn’t overly sweet, and the aroma of Campbell Early gently spread through it, making it perfect for this still-warm season. 😍

The cakes using Gokase grapes are scheduled to be sold through the end of September. 💡
Be sure to visit Moncher Seasons on the B1 level of Hakata Hankyu. 😊
