Autumn is my favorite season in Japan. This is because of this aesthetic view. Enjoying the autumn from ropeway is very good but the view of autumn with the ropeway is amazing. The autumn valey in Yuzawa kogen ski resort is one of the best place to enjoy the autumn. Over the valley there is a ropeway service which looks like this image.

　On this day, the gluttonous Kasai visited a Japanese confectionery shop that I had been interested in for a long time! It is "Koshido" in Suehiro, Suwa City. 　We interviewed President Kurita about his story.　It is a long-established Japanese confectionery store that has been in business for 99 years since 1925 (Taisho 14)!!　The current president seems to be the third generation.　It just so happened that five days before I visited, a Local newspaper published an article saying that the hanging paper and stickers of Koshido's Standard products were designed by students of the Local Suwa Industrial High School. Even in the midst of history, I was fascinated by such a flexible place, and I made an appointment. 　According to the president, there used to be 60~70 stores in the Suwa City Confectionery Association, and there were Member stores stores in the city alone, but now there are only 17 stores. I wanted to pass on to future generations the culture of Japanese sweets that my ancestors left behind. Restrooms available myself, and I have always liked Japanese sweets.
