"Kobe Foreign Settlement The Miracle of Building 38" Building No. 38 from the time of the foreign settlement in Chuo-ku, Kobe City, is a very retro Western-style building. The building is accessible from northeast to southwest, where a statue of Nike, the winged goddess of victory, is installed. According to the description below the statue ... Nike is the goddess of "production" and "victory" in Greek mythology, and it is said that since ancient times, it has been attached to the end of the ship as a goddess statue to pray for safe navigation and the realization of dreams. This 38th building is currently owned by the Daimaru Kobe store, but this Nike statue was installed here to pray for the recovery of not only the Kobe store but also the region, likening the building to a ship. In the morning darkness, the rising light shone in from the atrium sky, and the red bricks embedded in the surrounding floors emerged along with the statue of the goddess. Each of these red bricks has many heartfelt messages to Kobe! I feel energized when I come here, and this may ? be a real "hidden gem".

That's really impressive! Age is just a number and it's great to see someone who is 60+ years old still passionate about cooking and sharing their skills with others. Making Indian Dessert malpua in the Indian style requires skill and patience. The batter is made with flour, semolina, and sugar, and then flavored with cardamom, saffron, and sometimes fennel seeds. The batter is then fried in ghee or oil until golden brown and crispy. To make Indian Style malpua, the following ingredients and steps can be followed: Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup semolina 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cardamom powder A pinch of saffron 1 cup milk Ghee or oil for frying Steps: In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, cardamom powder, and saffron. Slowly pour in the milk and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat some ghee or oil in a pan. Once hot, spoon a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it into a thin disc. Fry the malpua until it turns golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot and enjoy! It's great to see someone continuing to pursue their passion and share their skills with others. I'm sure your street food malpua is delicious and appreciated by many! When you walk around Kobe, you will find many things. I would like to deliver such something that caught my eye as the "Kobe, Rediscovered" series. The first stage is the work of Kobe-born sculptor Hirokazu Ichii. "Rainbow Floating Statue" Sunlight from far away space encountered water droplets on the earth after rain and created rainbow colors. I hope that many such miraculous encounters will be born in Kobe, and that many wonderful rainbows will be cast. It is written. This is a statue that I stopped when I was walking along the center street of Sannomiya. I hope that when you come to Kobe, you will find it. There are a lot of people on the street, so please be careful not to face down too much and bump into it.

With thoughts to fly into a wonderful world When I saw the Japanese paper with long fibers that become fluffy when torn into pieces, I wanted to make feathers. I still can't forget the joy I felt when I used the skills my master taught me to make washi paper feathers.   I think that pulp and washi still have a lot of unknown potential, so I am working on my production activities while keeping an eye on what I can do new or what can be used as a hint for production.

『Angel's ladder』 A cloud lamp of handmade washi art inspired by the ladder (twilight rays) of angels who say that you can be happy when you meet. The mulberry fiber, which is the raw material for washi, looked like a cloud for a long time, so after trial and error to figure out how to give it shape, a cloud of washi paper was born. I became a bouquet wrapped in sky blue Japanese paper and set off to the person with my dreams. May ♡ a wonderful world expand The world of pulp art is also full of possibilities.
