It is not uncommon for sleds to be a means of transportation for small children in Hokkaido, but I took a picture of two brightly colored sleds lined up in a bicycle parking lot in the middle of winter when there are no bicycles. On the way home, I can imagine small children who seem to be having fun on this sled and parents pulling their belongings home with their purchases.
