The Atami City Cultural Facilities Management Committee has developed a drink called "Atami Daidai Fireworks Squash" using Atami's Specialty Products "Daidai". We have started selling! This is the second seasonal drink following the 2023 winter-limited "Atami Daidai Nectar", which was well received by many customers. Once again, the recipe is by culinary researcher Aya Osada, and it is a drink characterized by its refreshing and adult sweetness inspired by Atami's fireworks, which is made by dividing special additive-free daidai marmalade with spiced herbs, black tea with spiced herbs, and carbonic acid. It is served at the café "Yasuragi" in the tourist and cultural facilities "Kiunkaku". The sales period is undecided, so if you are interested, please come as soon as possible.
