Announcement: Eastern Hokkaido Three Cycle Routes Traveling Panel Exhibition in Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho)📣

Sharing the charms of cycle routes in the eastern Hokkaido region

To introduce the attractions of the eastern Hokkaido cycle routes—Akan, Mashu and the Kushiro Wetland Route; Tokachi 400; and the Okhotsk Cycling Route—we will hold a panel exhibition at the Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho) so that many people can learn about them 😊

The exhibition will feature panels introducing the attractions of the Akan, Mashu and the Kushiro Wetland Route, Tokapuchi 400, and the Okhotsk Cycling Route; displays of various rental bicycles; event information; and distribution of cycle route maps. Please stop by 🚵‍♀️🚵🚵‍♂️

Nakasatsunai Village, blessed with beautiful nature, is a rich agricultural area with abundant food. 😊
The village offers countless picture-perfect landscapes, including views of the Hidaka Mountains, and is a member of the Association of The Most Beautiful Villages in Japan.

This cycling event lets you savor the village’s charms at your own pace!
Ride freely as you visit checkpoints and aid stations around the village.
If you stay within the time limit, you may stop to sightsee or visit places you like along the way.

The only condition is to finish at Nakasatsunai Village Hall by 2:00 PM. 🎵

Each aid station serves gourmet dishes made with local ingredients so you can enjoy Nakasatsunai’s flavors. 😍

On Saturday, September 20th, we will hold the “Mt. Memuro Climb” to celebrate the first anniversary of the designation of the Hidaka Mountain Range, Erimo, and Tokachi as a national park 😊

This climb takes place on Mt. Memuro, which spans Shimizu and Hidaka towns🎵🎵
