Making seabed Aged wine on a sunken ship|Special tour Held in in Higashi-Izu and Irisawa! Hello, I'm Hokule'a Shonan! This time, we successfully held in 😊 our special project, "Making Aged Wine on the Sea Floor in Sunken Ships" This time, the wine was sunk in a sunken ship at a depth of -24 meters in water in Irisawa in Higashi-Izu. In fact, it is said that the origin of "seabed Aged wine" is an old wine that was accidentally discovered in a sunken ship. The swaying waves, the quiet environment, the shading and the constant water temperature created an ideal aged environment for the wines. We Reproduction the "Submarine Cellar" this time! The specially prepared bottles were sealed with sealing wax and the carefully prepared wine was transported to the sea. The space inside the wreck is "just the right size" as if it was prepared for this wine.
