Frost lingering in Obara Village At minus 2 degrees, frost coated the plants, creating a scene I had never seen before. I got off the Trolley Train in Sagano and was strolling around when I encountered a boat going down the river at the right time. Valleys surrounded by deep greenery, the boat moves slowly.
