【Ashoro Furusato Rawan Buki Festival 2023】 On Sunday, June 25, from 9:45 a.m., the Ashoro Hometown Rawan Buki Festival will be held at the Event Square in front of Roadside Station Ashoro Galaxy Hall 21. On the day of the event, we are planning to sell rawan buki, eat and drink booths, stage shows, etc. Each food and beverage booth will offer a menu using seasonal lauan buki. At the stage show, we plan performances by the town's student brass band and games using lauan buki. This event has not been held since 2020 due to the influence of the new coronavirus, but this year we will finally hold the first on-site event, so please come and visit us. On Sunday, June 4, we held the 2023 Reiwa 5 Mt. Meakan Safety Prayer Festival. This year, about 30 people, including related organizations and general participants, attended and prayed for the safety of the mountain. After the ceremony, a mountaineering party was held with the pre-applicants. The weather was not very good, with light rain on the way and a very strong wind blowing near the summit, but each participant seemed to be enjoying the climb.
