Vegiful Kitchen, the garden buffet restaurant inside Roadside Station Minami-Shinshu Toyooka Marche, run by the Toyooka Village Tourism Association, has been certified by the Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association! This is the second certified restaurant in Nagano Prefecture. To offer plenty of locally grown vegetables handpicked by vegetable professionals, local farmers ship fresh produce every morning! The ingredients used at Vegiful Kitchen are mainly vegetables and fruits grown in Toyooka Village. Because we source directly from village farmers, the vegetables and fruits we use change with the seasons. Sourcing what tastes best each day lets you enjoy produce that is ultra-fresh, safe, and secure. Our food coordinator devises the dishes that best suit each ingredient at that time. The “garden” in our garden buffet refers to the farms of local farmers in Toyooka Village and neighboring towns and villages. When guests enjoy lots of fresh, delicious local ingredients, it motivates the farmers. Itadori-juku in Imajo offers a charming retro atmosphere! This site contains the remains of a checkpoint that once marked the entrance to the Hokkokukaido. I visited this temple when I heard that there was a magnificent Cherry Blossom Tree-lined Path. Local grandpas were enjoying a banquet under the cherry blossoms in full bloom. I was born in Niigata, but I Outbound to Sado for the first time in the summer Vacation. When I visited Sado, I was able to go to a Local festivals at the right time, and this is one of the photos there. The Shishigajo Festival, Held in during the Obon season, is a Local Festival Held in in the Sawada area, and there is a Fireworks Fantasy There are in which music and fireworks perform together in the Finale. When Fireworks went off one after another in time with the song, the audience cheered and Gari sang along. The fireworks launched at close range on the Ocean were powerful enough to and with a thud on the body.

Isemiya Shrine sits quietly amid the rice fields of Azumino. Behind it, you can see Mt. Ariake, the sacred body of Ariakeyama Shrine. The old pine standing at the shrine has a pleasing presence.

Rice ears have turned golden in Azumino. They have become so heavy and full that the harvest looks like it could start any day!! Beyond the Hii-sama Road, Mount Jōnen rises tall. I love the scenery of Azumino.

This photo is a photo of the memories of the four members of the club, taken when I was not yet familiar with photography, and all the members of the club twisted their knowledge of photography.

Yashagaike shows different faces depending on the season. The deep greens of spring and summer are lovely, but how about the fiery autumn foliage? From the trailhead on the Fukui Prefecture side, it takes about two hours to reach Yashagaike. Try climbing at various times of the year!
