Sarushima is the largest natural island in Tokyo Bay, located in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It was once used as a fortress for the former army and navy during World War II, and was off-limits to the general public for a while, but now the general public can enter, and the buildings and artifacts that were eroded by greenery during that blank period are the charm of this island, and it is rumored that it is reminiscent of "Castle in the Sky". In addition, the buildings are now made of brick, which are few (22 in Japan), and it was a mysterious island as if you were in a dream, with a large number of plants eroding from all directions, the singing of trees, and the singing of birds on buildings that you do not usually have the opportunity to see.

That's really impressive! Age is just a number and it's great to see someone who is 60+ years old still passionate about cooking and sharing their skills with others. Making Indian Dessert malpua in the Indian style requires skill and patience. The batter is made with flour, semolina, and sugar, and then flavored with cardamom, saffron, and sometimes fennel seeds. The batter is then fried in ghee or oil until golden brown and crispy. To make Indian Style malpua, the following ingredients and steps can be followed: Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup semolina 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cardamom powder A pinch of saffron 1 cup milk Ghee or oil for frying Steps: In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, cardamom powder, and saffron. Slowly pour in the milk and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat some ghee or oil in a pan. Once hot, spoon a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it into a thin disc. Fry the malpua until it turns golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot and enjoy! It's great to see someone continuing to pursue their passion and share their skills with others.
