It is a beautiful sunrise in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. The building you can see in the back is a restaurant called "Kofunato". This place was caught in the tsunami during the Great East Japan Earthquake, but miraculously escaped total destruction despite the damage. It's a restaurant that is loved by the locals, and it's a very good place, so I'm really glad it's back.
