Here are some recommended experiences. Tokachi-Honbetsu Town has a large temperature difference between day and night and long hours of sunshine, making it ideal for growing high-quality beans. Why not try your hand at making tofu, an essential healthy food on Japanese tables, in Japan's leading bean-producing town? On this tour, you will join local farmers' wives in making tofu using traditional methods, and then make a salad using okara, the pulp left over from tofu production, ensuring that every part of the soybean is utilised. Tofu is a healthy food that also promotes beautiful skin. Through agricultural experiences, we want people to meet producers they would not normally encounter, learn about the care and intentions behind the ingredients, and taste the flavours of the local cuisine. We also hope these experiences will lead to new discoveries and values, helping people enjoy a healthier and richer diet. If you are interested, please apply at the following URL. Sakai Tourism Concierge recommendation ✨ “📍A special moment to soak in history and beauty at Sakai’s tea room Shin-an 🍵” I’m Azusa Nakase from the Sakai Tourism Concierge. I visited Shin-an, Sakai City’s tea room, to experience a Japanese space that stands quietly in stillness 😆 Built by Kodō Ōgi, renowned as a master of sukiya-style construction, the tea room presents a beautiful blend of modernity and tradition. The moment I stepped inside, I felt time slow down 😌✨ You can also join a tea-serving experience 🍵 and taste matcha with seasonal sweets while touching the culture of chanoyu ☺️ One bowl of tea can enrich the heart so much…🍃 Please stop by during your Sakai sightseeing 🙌🏻 https://www.sakai-tcb.or.jp/spot/detail/107...

Iyo City Tourism and Products Association Soleillo
Jul. 10, 2025
Hello, this is Soleyo Tourism and Products Association, Ehime Prefecture! Now, following on from Yamabuki Shrine and the legend of Goshikihime, this time let's talk about "Kamakura Shrine". When you think of "Minamoto Heigosen", names such as Minamoto no Yoritomo and Taira Kiyomori immediately come to mind, but do you know who "Minamoto Noriyori" is? One of Minamoto no Yoritomo's younger brothers, who also appeared in the NHK taiga drama "13 people of Kamakura-den" broadcast in 2022 (Reiwa 4), is "Minamoto no Yoriyori". Since he was born and raised in Kama Mikuriya in Toei Province (present-day Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture), he was also called Kabakaja and Kabado. Tucked away at the foot of Mt. Gyodo in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture, the tomb of Minamoto Noriyori is built at Kamakura Shrine. Noriyori played a great role for the Minamoto clan, such as defeating Kiso Yoshinaka with Minamoto Yoshitsune and leaving achievements in the pursuit of the Heike at the Battle of Dannoura, but he was suspected of rebellion due to a single careless remark and was imprisoned in the ShuZen Temple in Izu. There are various theories about his whereabouts after that, but one of them is that he fled to Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture, relying on the Kono clan of Iyo. The five-ring pagoda at the foothills of the pond beside the shrine was mourned as the tomb of Noriyori, and it is the Shomyoji Temple that stands right next to it. It is written in the ancient journal that the golden Bishamon statue of Bishamon, which is said to have been carried by Noriyori, came out when the enoki tree in the Shomyoji Temple was cut down. In the Edo period, the Lords of Ozu erected a tombstone and began to enshrine Minamoto Noriyori as Kamakura Shrine. It is said that since ancient times, as a god of war, many people from distant other prefectures have visited to pray for victory. Before Shrine, I There are Natsume Soseki's phrase monument. It is the oldest Soseki phrase monument in Japan, and it is a rare phrase monument with two phrases and one stele. "Kamaden's Sad Obana at Last" "Dead Trees, Graves of Crowned Bearers, Pine Fallen Leaves" Kamakura Shrine *Address: 1492 Kamikogawa, Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture *Free to visit (please Use the parking lot of Shomyoji Temple Car for Car parking Car)

Oita Kitsuki Tourism Organization

The hot days continue, and there are few people for the purpose of walking around the Castle Town ... In the summer, Kitsuki enjoys marine sports, the campsite is crowded, and the Castle Town is a little Vacation. Meanwhile, I was also and curious about how hot it was, and in the morning ... Even though it was cool, I took a walk around the town at 33 degrees Celsius. Today, I'm posting with a slightly rough feeling. Tea shop to cool off, flower shop with flowers in the heat of the past few days ... And such? If you walk a little, you can stop by the ice cream shop of your grandmother, who is over 90 years old, and if you take a peek at the shared kitchen space with House guests, Shokudo if you look at it, the daily lunch is an omelet 💚. The heat was terrible, but it was good to see all kinds of people, and it was good to see good things such as a nostalgic mailbox that had been repainted beautifully before I knew it. I will post it separately to everyone. Please be careful of this heat.
