Sagaki Kuniyoshi Castle 1. The fortified castle that stopped the invasion of the "impregnable" Asakura forces 2. The "stone wall castle" that appeared in the excavation 3. "The colors of the Ruins of the Castle" in the four seasons and the "Superb view of Wakasa" seen from the Ruins of the Castle Kuniyoshi Castle was a mountain castle located in "Sagaki" in the eastern part of Mihama Town, and during the Sengoku period, it was a "border castle" that protected the border between Wakasa and Tsuruga provinces. It is said that Awaya Koshinaka Morikatsuhisa, a heavy retainer of the Wakasa Province guardian daimyō Takeda, Use the old castle in the 2nd year of Koji (1556). The Battle of Kuniyoshi Castle, which made Kuniyoshi Castle famous for its bravery, began in the 6th year of Eiroku (1563) when the invasion of the Echizen Asakura clan was repelled, and until the first year of Tensho (1573), when the Asakura clan was destroyed, the Awaya forces stood at Kuniyoshi Castle to welcome the Asakura forces that attacked almost every year, and the castle never fell. Scene of this battle was circulated in the old story of Tanabe Hantao Yasuji, a local samurai who participated in the Awaya faction, as a military record "Kuniyoshi Basket Castle". By the way, the castle was called "Sagaki Castle" at that time, but "Kuniyoshi Castle" became established due to the spread of "Kuniyoshi Castle".  In the first year of Motogame (1570), he welcomed an army of 30,000 men led by Oda Nobunaga to attack the Asakura clan. Nobunaga, who entered Kuniyoshi Castle with Kinoshita Tokichiro (Toyotomi Hideyoshi), Tokugawa Ieyasu, and Akechi Mitsuhide, the protagonist of this year's taiga drama, had an audience with Katsuhisa and the local samurai who fought the siege battle, and praised them, according to the Kuniyoshi Castle Chronicle. Later, in the 11th year of Tensho (1583), a vassal of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, Ki Village Hitachisuke, became the lord of the castle and opened a Castle Town. Restrooms available is the Origin of the current Sagaki Village, and in the Edo period it prospered as a Shukuba on the Tango Highway. Like the Town, the appearance of that time remains strong.  The castle was abandoned in the 11th year of Kanei (1635) in the first half of the Edo period when Sakai Tadakatsu replaced the Kyogoku clan as the lord of the Obama domain, and the Sagaki Town Magistrate's Office was built in the south of Ruins of the Castle instead. On the site, the Wakasa Kuniyoshi Castle History Museum opened in 2009 (Heisei 21). Designated as a Towns Historic Site in 1983 (Showa 58) (1983), in order to preserve and utilize the Kuniyoshi Castle Ruins, which is a local historical heritage, excavations that began in 2000 (Heisei 12) (2000) It was thought that the Sengoku period mountain castle that repelled the onslaught of the Asakura forces would remain as it was, but as a result of the survey, a large group of foundation stone buildings and a stone wall showing the traces of a destroyed castle that uniformly collapsed the upper half and buried the lower half, The huge foundation stone and mirror stone of the northwest Toraguchi of the Yamagami Honmaru, and the remains of a building (castle tower?) on the earthen altar in the south corner of the Honmaru were discovered, greatly overturning the image of Kuniyoshi Castle. These remains are thought to be the result of a major renovation by the Toyotomi daimyo Village Hitachisuke to show off the power of the new lord, but they did not Restrooms available Documents. It is the "truth" that has only been revealed through excavations. 2017 (Heisei 29) (2017), it was selected as a "One of the 100 best castles in Japan" by the Japan Castle Association, and in the Spring, it welcomes many Visiting the site while showing the colors of the four seasons, such as the cherry blossoms and butterfly flower Ruins of the Castle that bloom in the Castle Town persimmons, the semi-summer clusters where the leaves are dyed white in summer, the Autumn leaves of Seirenji Temple and Tokushoji Temple in autumn, and the silver world in winter. Promenade is maintenance up to the main maru, but there is no end in sight on the 99-turn slope, and you will actually feel "impregnable". However, when you finally reach the Ruins of Honmaru, the majestic Nature and beautiful scenery of Wakasa will welcome you and make you forget all the hardships you have had so far. Naminoue Shrine standing on a cliff / Ryukyu Hachisha It is one of the eight Ryukyu shrines in Wakasa, Naha City, "Naminoue Shrine" (Traditional Japanese straw raincoat Uegu). I introduced the worship hall from the Precincts before, but this time I took a picture of the Main Shrine from the back waterfront road. It is said that it was founded during the Ryukyu Kingdom period, but it is not clear that Naha during the Kingdom period was a floating island, and Naminou Shrine was a remote island. That has led us to this day. Restrooms available is the only beach in Naha called "Naminoue Beach", and on a sunny summer day, the sea turns emerald green like this, and the blue sky and the vermilion Main Shrine sitting on the cliff shine with a superb view. Naminoue Shrine was damaged during the Battle of Okinawa, but the Main Shrine was rebuilt in Showa 28 (Showa 28) and the worship hall in 1961 (Showa 36). In Okinawa, the Ume plum rain has ended and summer has begun. On this day, there were quite a few tourists enjoying the SUP, and I was envious while taking pictures ^^;

◆Suwa Shrine and History of the Mikata Stone◆ On the large stone enshrined in Suwa Shrine, there is a large hand mark on it, which is the origin of the hand-shaped stone. A long time ago, a messenger came to Izumo from Takamagahara, where eight million gods gathered, and urged him to return to the Great Kingdom. The Great Lord's order immediately agreed and surrendered, but his young son, Tateminakata Mikoto, did not accept it, and the judgment was broken, and finally the battle was fought against the Takemikazuchi of Takatengahara. Squid was defeated and fled, but Takemitsuchi pursued him endlessly and finally caught up with him in the land of Sawara. He surrendered, put a handprint on a stone beside him, and made a vow of return, and peace was established between the two gods. This place is called "Chase Pit". It is said that it is a stone that was made because Wu Yan Hammer came after the life of Ken Gomeikata.

Since ancient times, it has been revered as sacred water, and has been used as a place for practitioners to practice and purify. Fudo Myo, who stands on the left facing the waterfall, is said to have been solicited from Mt. Narita in Shimousa Province in the eighteenth year of Kyoho (1733), and it is said that the waterfall attracted people's worship, and the festival was crowded with many Worshippers from nearby towns. Tradition of begging for rain also remains. The two stone Buddhas standing in front of the statue of Fudo Myō are Kongara Doji (left) and Seitaka Doji (right), which were erected to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the solicitation in 1934.
