Afterwards we stopped by the drum bridge at Lake Okutama and ate at うおいち, an Oyster themed restaurant. All of the food was really delicious. Overall had a really great time

I went to Kifune Shrine in Kyoto for the first time! Water fortune telling digital is also supported, which is amazing! w The greenery here is vivid and it looks great ✨ in summer.

Kenninji Temple is located about 5 minutes on foot near Gion. Located in the middle of Gion, which is full of Kyoto atmosphere, it is the oldest Zen temple in Kyoto. Maples are planted everywhere in the precincts, but the main attraction is the courtyard called Choon-teiwa. When I took the photo, it was raining. I met a pair of parents and children staring at the courtyard as it rained quietly.

I chose Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture as a place I want to visit after Corona. In addition to the historic townscape, Kawagoe has many shrines. There is a cool atmosphere that makes you forget the summer heat, and I chose this photo because I wanted everyone to go after corona.

I took this photo last fall when I went to Yasukuni Shrine to see ginkgo. The balance between sunlight, ginkgo biloba and torii gates is so good that I want to go see it again this year!

What a great photo of Heian Jingu. I haven't had the chance to visit this one in Kyoto unfortunately, too entranced by Kiyomizudera I suppose. I really need to check out Heian Jingu though, I always enjoy seeing photos of it. I really love how open the courtyard is and seeing the large torii gate is always cool as well. I'd really like to take a stroll through the garden here as well, it's supposed to be pretty incredible from what I've heard. Really tranquil no doubt. I know there are some ponds or at least one pond, I'm not sure if it has any koi in it though, Although I'm sure there are as most gardens seems to have them, plus they're really beautiful so it'd be a shame not to have them. I knew there was a festival here that's supposed to be really awesome but couldn't remember the name so I had to look it up. The Reisai Festival - Supposed to be really great for seeing Geiko and Maiko and hearing some traditional instruments like the shamisen
