I studied about the history of some of the gigantic keyhole shaped tumuli in Japan but I've never seen or read about any kofun in Saitama. Really cool that this one has these massive cherry blossoms on top of it. I guess there's an entire park in the area as well. Definitely looks like a cool place to go for a walk and to watch the sunset as well.
