The Crystal Mikoshi and Momiji Dance will be held❗️ A mikoshi is the vehicle that carries the deity through the neighborhood during festivals. At its center rests an 80-kilogram crystal sphere as the deity’s spirit seat, making this mikoshi popular for protection against evil and misfortune‼️ This mikoshi will be carried by professional bearers, Kai-Koma group, parading powerfully and tightly along Crystal Road, to Senga Falls and the area above the falls—the sight is truly spectacular‼️ A must-see‼️ Anyone who wants to carry the mikoshi can join in on the spot and take part 😃 During November, Gen is also holding an Amethyst Fair ✌️ We have everything from fist-sized amethysts to 200-kilogram-class specimens, so if you love amethyst or stones, please come and see them 👀 This is a rare opportunity you can only experience during the autumn foliage season 😃 If you have the time, please come and visit Shosenkyo Gorge‼️‼️‼️ We look forward to seeing you 😃

This is the final scene of the "Otsu Shiga Fireworks Festival 2024" Held in in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture on July 25, 2024. The fireworks were launched off Lake Biwa at Omi Maiko Beach in Otsu City, but the shooting point was taken from the sandy beach on the Lakeside a few tens of meters south of the southern end of Shirahige Beach in Takashima City, and over the Torii (shrine gate) gate of Shirahige Shrine. Hello, I’m Gen 👋 In June, when fresh green leaves appear, many visitors enjoy the gorge’s scenic beauty from the riverside promenade at Shosenkyo Gorge. The standard trekking route is an out-and-back of about 6 kilometers‼️ (Duration: about 1 hour 30 minutes). Starting from Nagatoro Bridge, the gateway to Shosenkyo Gorge, you walk along while admiring the strange rock formations and soon reach Tenkorin, a prefectural natural monument. If you continue along the riverside promenade, you will arrive at Yume no Matsushima. *This is a photo spot with a view of Kakuembou* 📸 If you go further, you’ll find the huge natural arch stone gate, and after about a 500-meter walk you’ll come upon the dramatic Senga Falls! Before the rainy season begins, take your time strolling the promenade and enjoy the seasonal scenery‼️

A long time ago, a woman named Ōama Shirarei found a cave that emitted a mysterious light at night, and found a binzuru in it, and her wish came true because she deeply believed in it. In addition, since he cured the illness of the son of the king of Ryukyu at that time, it is said that he founded the Shikina Palace there. The Main Shrine was built around the 16th century. The pre-war building was built in the style of Sangensha and was roofed with main tiles, but it was burned down in the Battle of Okinawa, rebuilt in 1968 Showa 43, and rebuilt in 2013 Heisei 25 to become the current structure. Chiba Shrine The main shrine of the North Star god "Myomi-sama". The star of man = Evil removal that controls fate, removes bad stars and leads to good stars, and eight directions that avoid disasters related to the azimuth. Prayer is a lot of worship in search of two powers. Although it is located in the city, it is also famous as a Power Spot where you can feel a mysterious atmosphere when you step inside. According to the legend of Chiba Shrine, when Chiba Tsuneshige moved his residence from Oshii Castle to Inohana Castle, he brought the Myomi-son, which had been handed down from his ancestors, to this place and built the Myomi-sha.
