In August 2023, I climbed the mountain to photograph Yakusugi. We walked for 10 hours round trip, and along the way, we saw wonderful scenery and powerful Yakusugi cedars. The scenery was really reminiscent of Princess Mononoke. It is understandable that it is chosen as a superb view that you want to go to before you die.

I took a picture of the village of Ochiai in Tokushima Prefecture with soba flowers. It is a typical Japanese scenery that I hope will remain forever.
