Since it was summer vacation, I went to a place called Ouchi Inn in Fukushima Prefecture. Ouchi inn, which has been around since the Edo period, was a place where you could feel the history!

I went to Mitarai Shrine with wind chimes and listened to the sound of the bells to cool off!

In the summer, there is a Obon festival, so I went to see my one-year-old child and great-grandpa! I wonder if the child was able to meet him because he was talking about something to the grave. I thought!

Today, I participated in Ise Mairi in Kawagoe. Events in Kawagoe where you can experience visiting Ise. Prayer at Kawagoe Kumano Shrine, after receiving a booklet and a ladle, we visited Shinmei Shrine.

I helped harvest rice in the rice fields at my grandmother's house. It is held every year with the whole family on Obon. This year, the weather was good and we had a good harvest!

We went to Moominvalley Park. Since it was a weekday, there were few people and the temperature was comfortable and it was the best. Fukuoka Prefecture may not be on the typical tourist route, but it harbors countless hidden gems, and Nanzoin Temple is undeniably one of the most noteworthy. It claims to house the world's largest bronze reclining Buddha statue, which exudes tranquility under the vast blue sky. Despite visiting numerous places, it holds a special place in my heart, infusing me with positivity and making it one of my favorite summer destinations.
