We waited at the third construction zone before 6:00, and the Horizon began to turn orange around 6:15, and the light began to shine after 6:50. There was a tree a little underneath, so I hurriedly moved to the second construction zone and took a picture here as well. It was a very beautiful First sunrise.

The 3rd Hosono Highlands Mountain Grilling Experience

🏔 What is 🏔 Hosono Highlands?
Hosono Highlands is a magnificent Highlands with an area of about 125 hectares (26 times the size of Tokyo Dome) on the slopes of Mt. Amagi, which erupted 800,000 ~ 200,000 years ago. It is also said to be a treasure trove of flora and fauna embraced by volcanoes.
In Spring, you can pick wild vegetables such as bracken in the fresh greenery, and in autumn, you can enjoy a large group of golden pampas grass. From the top, you can overlook Sagami Bay and the Izu Islands, creating a unique view of the grassland and the Sea Field.

Inatori Hosono Highlands has been recognized as one of the "100 grassland villages to leave for the future" in recognition of the value of knowledge, awareness, and technology accumulated in the region through many years of interaction between people and nature.

Yesterday, 12/25 (Wednesday), it was confirmed that the reference tree of "Atami Sakura" on the Itokawa Promenade has bloomed!
Some trees have been blooming since mid-December, but the reference trees have finally bloomed.

This "Atami Sakura" is a type of cold cherry blossom native to India that blooms in early January ~ February every year, and was brought to Atami by Italians around 1871 (Meiji 4) along with lemon and date palms, and was named "Atami Sakura" in the "Full of Flowers Campaign" held in Showa 40. 1977 (Showa 52) designated as a Atami City tree on April 10 (the 40th anniversary of the city's incorporation).
On the same branch, flower buds that bloom early and flower buds that bloom later can be arranged in two stages, so you can enjoy flowers for more than a month every year.

This Lotus mandala is said to have been embroidered with the hair of Hojo Masako at Izusan Shrine, and the repair inscription on the back states that Hojo Masako embroidered the Lotus Mandala using her own hair to mourn the bodhi of her husband, Minamoto no Yoritomo, and that it was used as the Honzon of Hokkedo.

In return, the seeds of "Himalayan cherry" given by Nepal in May of the following year 43 were sown and grown at a municipal farm in Shimotaga, Atami City in July of the same year.
