On Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5, the Yuzen Shrine Autumn Grand Festival will be held. This festival gives thanks for the hot springs, prays that the emerging spring veins will never cease, and wishes for the continued prosperity of Atami Onsen. After the COVID-19 pandemic the festival has been essentially limited to Shinto rites, and this year, as in the previous year, a portable shrine procession from the shrine is scheduled on the second day (October 5).
