【Winter at the Three Nishina Lakes ⛄️】 Omachi City has seen consecutive midwinter days❄️ At this time of year, the city’s lakes offer winter-only scenery😌 Thin ice spreads across wide areas of Lake Kizaki’s surface❄️ Snow has piled on the banks of Noguga River, which flows from Lake Nakatsuna, forming a white serpent🐍 Thin ice has formed along the shore of Lake Aoki❄️ The three lakes lie toward the northern part of the city, where heavy snowfall has built high walls of snow along both sides of the roads⛄️ The lakes are almost hidden from the road by the snowbanks💦 Today the sky was cloudy, but at the newly opened ao LAKESIDE CAFE from last year you can enjoy coffee or a meal while gazing at the snow-capped Hakuba Peaks across the lake☕ ☕ao LAKESIDE CAFE🍽 https://kanko-omachi.gr.jp/spot/ao-lakeside-cafe/... ⭐️For sightseeing in Omachi City⭐️ https://kanko-omachi.gr.jp//

Tsukigase Plum Valley Plum Festival is now underway! At Romantopia Tsukigase, Yumekko Cafeteria is open♪ At Romantopia Tsukigase, enjoy the proud "irori set" cooked over a sunken hearth: you grill Tsukigase-grown log shiitake mushrooms, homemade konnyaku, and yomogi rice dumplings over charcoal yourself! Cover them generously with our special yuzu miso and enjoy♪ We also recommend our udon dishes, made with carefully prepared dashi broth!! The meat udon features Iga beef plus shiitake, spinach, and thinly sliced mochi for a luxurious bowl! We carry many souvenirs not only from Tsukigase but from neighboring areas as well! A cold snap has arrived, so the plum blossoms still haven't opened much yet... For now, food beats flowers♪ When the blossoms are at their peak, every teahouse gets extremely crowded! Come now for the food while you can♪

Abhi Sen

A radiant smile graces her face as she experiences the joy of wearing a kimono for the first time, posing gracefully in front of Sensoji, one of Tokyo's most iconic tourist destinations. The vibrant colors and intricate patterns of her kimono contrast beautifully with the lush greenery and ornate architecture surrounding the temple. Sensoji evokes a unique blend of emotions; it is a place steeped in rich traditions, where the scent of incense wafts through the air, inviting visitors to partake in centuries-old customs. At the same time, the area buzzes with contemporary energy, filled with trendy shops and lively street vendors, creating a remarkable fusion of the old and the new that captivates both locals and travelers alike.
