Shizuoka Ukusu Shrine I came to photograph the wind chimes, which are a summer tradition. A ray of light hit the wind chime and it was very beautiful, so I released the shutter.

This is one of the photos I took when I went to the sunflower field. It is a place where sunflower bees are gathering, and unfortunately the bees are not in focus, but the purpose of my visit is sunflowers, so I decided that it was good.

In Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture, the sea of Hawaii Beach is fantastic with floating torii gates. It seems that God is watching over you, and you can swim with peace of mind.

Shrine in Yorii Town, Saitama Prefecture I took a picture of a scenery that feels the height of summer.

I chose one that makes me feel the summer of Japan, where fireworks shine on the old townscape, and the summer of my nostalgic hometown. The historic "Sushuikyo River Festival Fireworks Festival" rooted in the hometown was held for the first time in three years. Here in Yaotsu, there is the Minato "Kurose Minato" at the top of the Kiso River, which was so busy that it was called "Little Edo" in the Edo period, and the history of fireworks can be traced back to the Edo period. It is still held on the Kiso River as a remnant of the gorgeous days of boat transportation. I am really happy that the fireworks festival, which began as a result of the war memorial and post-war reconstruction by Coronavirus pandemic, continued to be held in a small town while major fireworks festivals continued to be abolished and integrated one after another. In the middle of Coronavirus pandemic, there were tornadoes last year, and disasters continued in Yaotsu, but it is the birthplace of Chiune Sugiura, and the nature of the Kiso River and mountains, and the town is full of charm for delicious foods such as eel and kurikinton. In the future, when the New Maruyama Dam is completed and the surrounding area is maintained, it will be possible to go to the secluded Fukasawa Gorge again. I hope that it will bring back the bustle of the past.

Summer doesn't represent only cicadas it also represent the beautiful butterflies. During the summer time various kind of butterfly can be seen specially in the park area. This photo was taken from Hamarikyu garden in Tokyo. This garden is famous for its summer cosmos flowers. Butter on the red summer cosmos looks magnificent. For taking this photo I need to wait for a long time since the butterfly was not sitting at all. But finally I was very satisfied.

This is one of the photos I took when I went to the fireworks festival in Oda. There were few street lights in the countryside, so the fireworks light looked very beautiful, and as the fireworks festival began, I felt that summer was almost over, and I felt a little lonely.

I visited many times Shinjuku national park but after watching "Garden of words" I fall more in love with this garden and I decided to visit it in summer season. Luckily the day was rainy day. This is one shot taken around a building with a beautiful bamboo forest in the Bikan district. When I see the demon lantern immersed in the water, the blue of the bamboo combined with it makes me feel cool.

A Japanese aesthetic concept has developed around the beauty of a scene of a garden or nature framed by a circle window. The circle windows are referred to as the "Window of Enlightenment". This was a unique experience during my Kamakura trip. I was very excited to see this place. Previously once I tried to go to Genkou-an shrine during my Kyoto trip but unfortunately, it was closed at that time. Finally, during the summer, I got a chance to see this beautiful view at Meigetsuin temple. The calm and peaceful atmosphere of the shrine already gave peace of mind but this view has something special.
