This photo was taken in November at Mt. Eboshi in the Central Alps. When I looked up, the leaves were dyed colorfully and it was stunning. I love autumn when you can put various colors in one frame with just the leaves.

I took this photo at Reishoji Temple in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture. It is a famous spot for autumn leaves. There is an expression that it is fiery red, but the maple leaves spreading in the depths of the forest really looked like flames, and I took a picture of it.

It is Mt. Eboshidake in the Central Alps in November. It is a satoyama that can be easily climbed, but the autumn leaves are splendid. The leaves were dyed autumn colors all over the place, so it was difficult to cut out the frame, but I am satisfied that I was able to finish the photo with a symmetry that makes use of the straight lines of the trees. I would be happy if I could beautifully capture the shapes created by nature!

It was when I climbed Mt. Asahi in the Northern Alps. When I looked at the map after arriving at the tent site, there was a place with a nice name called Yuhigaoka, so I stretched my legs. It was a wonderful sight that could not be defeated by the name.

I took this photo in Mt. Tsubame in early autumn. The round ball water droplets were cute and I took a close-up picture. I also like the fact that only one leaf is red. The color is Fujifilm's ClassicNega.

I went to see the autumn colors at Lake Chimikeppu! At first glance, the leaves are just beginning to change. Some trees are turning color here and there, but it doesn’t look like a full display yet. According to staff at Chimikeppu Hotel, “It’s later than usual. It has been chilly recently, so the fall colors should develop from now.” Could the prolonged heat be the cause...? The cloudy skies over Lake Chimikeppu give it a certain mood, so that’s fine! The best viewing is still a little way off ☺️

🍁Taiki Town's Recommended Autumn Spots🍁 When it comes to places to feel autumn in Taiki Town, the stunning autumn leaves at Sakashita Senkyo stand out. It's tucked away a bit, so here are directions on how to get there! 1. On the Shimizu–Taiki Line (Hokkaido Route 55), you'll see a sign on the right if you come from Kamifutsunai, and on the left if you come from Taiki. Follow the arrow and turn. (Photo 2) 2. You will see the orange bridge “Bikei Bridge” ahead; continue across it. (Photo 3) 3. The paved road changes to gravel along the way. Keep going and you will pass the orange bridge “Sakashita Ohashi.” (Photo 4) 4. After passing another gray bridge you will spot a dairy farm. Go past the farm a short distance until the road splits left and right, then follow the left sign. The sign reads “Rekifune River Tributary Forest Road,” and this is where the forest road begins. (Photos 5–6) 5. Continue along the forest road for a while. Some sections get muddy after rain and fallen branches may block the way, so proceed slowly. (Photo 7) 6. You will arrive at Higata Bridge, which spans Sakashita Senkyo. (Photo 8) There is a small space on the right after crossing the bridge where you can park or make a U-turn.
