【大桑村】阿寺渓谷（あてらけいこく）
日本遺産にも認定されている阿寺渓谷は、エメラルドグリーンの清流と深い国有林に囲まれた緑豊かな景勝地。その名も「阿寺ブルー」とよばれる美しい川や深い緑に囲まれた、木曽の中でも有数の絶景スポットです。阿寺川両岸には木曽五木が育ち、滝や淵などのスポットが点在しています。

キャンプ場もあり、キャンプ場の中には「美顔水」と呼ばれる信州の名水・秘水があります。

【王滝村】自然湖
1984年9月14日長野県西部地震御嶽山中腹にて山体崩壊が起き、大量に流された土石流が王滝川を堰き止められ、深い森と、渓谷が沈んだ天然湖。自然遺産「自然湖」。
フォトジェニックな場所でもありますが、実際に目にするとハッと息をのむ美しい景色。一度は訪れてほしい秘境です。

"Eagle Observation Premium Tour" I participated in the winter-only tour held at the Tokachi Nature Center! In the midst of light snow, we will proceed along the quiet Tokachi River while receiving explanations from the guide of the Wild Bird Society. Iwanai Town pumps "deep sea water" from the Sea of Japan and is used for local industry!

Mt. Iwanai, which continues from the auto camp, is the most 1,086-meter-high mountain in the Niseko Mountains on the Sea of Japan side.

There is also a 1,211-meter-high Mt. Raiden next door.

Kumejima, Kume Island a remote island in Okinawa with a population of about 7,300, is home to beautiful nature and rich culture.

The Kume Island is located 100 km west of the main island of Okinawa, and access to the Kumejima is about 30 minutes by plane from Naha Airport on the main island of Okinawa to Kumejima Airport (7 flights a day).
Kumejima Airport from Haneda Airport takes about 3 hours and 35 minutes.

In addition, the ferry can be taken from the main island of Okinawa "Naha Tomari Port",
Via Tonaki Island, it takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes to Kume Island Kanegusuku Port or about 3 hours by direct Kume Island flight.

人口約7,300人の沖縄の離島、沖縄県久米島（くめじま）には、美しい自然と豊かな文化が息づいています。

久米島は沖縄本島より、西に100kmの位置にあり、久米島町へのアクセスは、飛行機では、沖縄本島の那覇空港から久米島空港まで約30分（1日7便）。
羽田空港から久米島空港は約3時間35分でお越しいただけます。

また、フェリーは、沖縄本島「那覇泊港（とまりん）」から乗ることができ、
渡名喜島を経由し、久米島の兼城港まで約3時間30分、もしくは久米島直行便で約3時間です。
フェリーは1日1～2便のため、ご利用の際はご注意ください。

島内の移動方法は、町営バス、レンタカー、タクシー、レンタルサイクル・レンタルバイクの4種があります。
レンタカーは、予約いただければ空港から乗ることができ、空港到着ロビーにも、各社受付がありますのでご確認ください。
町営バスは、島を一周する一周線（右回り・左回り）、空港線、島尻線、嘉儀山線とあり、空港線は主に飛行機の時間に合わせて運行しているので気軽にご利用いただけます。
久米島は一周約23kmで自転車でも3～4時間程度で周ることができます。

久米島町には数々の魅力的な観光スポットがあります。
今回の投稿ではその一部をご紹介します。

沖縄に点在するグスク時代の遺跡を「グスク（城）」といいます。
グスクからは中国陶磁器が出土されることもあり、海外との交易が盛んだった時代の面影を感じることができるスポットです。
宇江城岳の山頂にある「宇江城城跡（うえぐすくじょうあと）」は、グスクの中では一番高い位置に建てられた城跡。山頂からは久米島全体を眺望でき、絶景スポットでもあります。
「具志川城跡（ぐしかわじょうあと）」は、海岸沿いの石灰岩の丘陵上にあるグスク。国指定史跡にもなっており、石灰岩に安山岩を混ぜた城壁が特徴のグスクです。

続いて、沖縄の綺麗な海を楽しむことができるビーチをご紹介いたします。
「アーラ浜」は山に囲まれたプライベートビーチのような穴場スポットです。
昼間はもちろん神秘的な夕日の美しさには感動すること間違いなし！
波が穏やかなビーチ「シンリ浜」は、環礁が沖の直ぐそばにあり、干潮時には環礁を近くで見ることもできます。
空港が近いため、飛行機の離着陸鑑賞も可能。
また、町環境保全課への申請すればキャンプ場としても無料で使用いただけます。

大和泊（やまとどまり）岸にある「ミーフガー」は方言で「女岩」という意味をもつ観光地。
風と潮によってできた奇岩があり、子宝のご利益があるといわれる人気のスポットです。

「久米島紬の里ユイマール館」では、伝統的な久米島紬（くめじまつむぎ）の染め物技術や作品を見学することができ、久米島紬の織り体験や染め体験も楽しめます。

The origin of the place name Tokachi in Hokkaido comes from the fact that it was called "Tokapuchi", which means Tokachi River in the Ainu language used by the indigenous people of Hokkaido.
Due to the continental climate of Tokachi, the temperature in spring and summer is relatively high even in Hokkaido. In winter, the minimum temperature is -30 degrees Celsius, but there is little snow and there is a lot of sunny weather.

The main route to Tokachi is from Tokachi-Obihiro Airport by plane.
Tokachi Obihiro Airport is about one and a half hours from Haneda Airport and about 1 hour and 45 minutes from central Nagoya.
By train, you can travel from Sapporo to JR Obihiro Station in as little as 2 hours and 24 minutes.

In this post, we will introduce some of the popular sightseeing spots.

Banei Tokachi (Obihiro Racecourse) in Obihiro City is the only racecourse in the world that holds the Banei Horse Race, where racehorses compete by pulling sleds.
In the Banei race, you compete in strength, speed, and endurance. The powerful sight of running on the 200-meter-long course is a must-see!
In addition, there is a "petting zoo" where you can interact with ponies and rabbits, and you can enter even on days when there are no races.

The next place to introduce is "Tokachi Hills" in Makubetsu.
It is a complex of nature and flowers spreading on the hill, and you can enjoy themed gardens with the main theme of "agriculture and food".
Various flowers such as roses and herbs are in bloom, and you can enjoy the flowers throughout the year.
At the garden café in the park, there are also menus that can only be eaten here, such as a sandwich caskoot made with roasted ham from the world's only national treasure (Hungarian national treasure) "Mangalica pork".

Next, we will introduce the sightseeing spots around Tokachi Hills.
"Kofuku Station" is about 20 minutes by car from Tokachi Hills.
Booming in the 1970s with the catchphrase "From the land of love to happiness", the sacred place for lovers "Kofuku Station" is still a popular spot for couples wishing for happiness.
From the end of April ~ the end of November, we also hold a "Kofuku Station Happy Ceremony" where you can experience a mock wedding.
Aikoku Station, which also boomed like the Kofuku Station, is located about 15 minutes by car from the Kofuku Station. Currently, it is known as the "Transportation Memorial Museum", and the "Happiness Yuki" ticket monument in front of the station building is recommended as a photo spot.

Tokachigawa Onsen, which can be reached in about 25 minutes by car from Tokachi Hills, is a hot spring village on the banks of the Tokachi River.
"Mall Onsen", which can be enjoyed at Tokachigawa Onsen, has been selected as a Hokkaido Heritage Site and is a valuable plant-based hot spring in Japan.
The effects of Mole Onsen include neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, chronic women's diseases, and sensitivity to cold.
There are also hotels in the vicinity where you can take a day trip.
While surrounded by beautiful nature, you can heal your daily fatigue by soaking in hot springs.

In the Tokachi area, there are 15 roadside stations that provide local specialties, gourmet food, and tourist information. (As of July 2023)

The railway station was renovated in 2011, and Roadside Station Ashoro Ginga Hall 21 is a roadside station in Ashoro that still retains the remnants of the railway.
At the shop and bakery, you can enjoy bread made with Japan's largest butterbur, Rawanbuki, which is also a specialty of the Ashoro, and local gourmet dishes such as rawan buki soft at the restaurant.

Lake Onneto, one of the three most secret lakes in Hokkaido, is a tourist attraction located in the westernmost part of Akan-Mashu National Park. Since the color of the water surface changes depending on the season and time, it is also called "Goshikinuma".
The observation deck, where you can enjoy the view of the Lake Onneto with Mt. Meakan and Akan Fuji in the background, is a recommended viewing spot.

The Taushubetsu River Bridge (Lake Nukabira) in Kamishihoro Town is a 130-meter-long concrete arch bridge built in 1937.
There are about 60 arch bridges of various sizes that were previously used as the JNR Shihoro Line, and they are preserved as modern industrial heritage.
In spring, the snow melts and the water level rises, and the reflection of the arch on the surface of the water can be seen on the glasses, so it is also called "Spectacle Bridge".

Mikuni Toge (Kamishihoro Town) in Daisetsuzan National Park is the highest mountain pass in Hokkaido at an altitude of 1,139 meters.

Shibecha Sightseeing Association

Nice to meet everyone who watched the COOL JAPAN VIDEOS! Shibecha is the Tourism Association. Since this is my first post, I would like to introduce the Shibecha first. As for how to read "Shibecha", it is read as "shibechacho". The name of the town is derived from "Sipecha", which means "on the banks of a large river" in the Ainu language. With a population of 7,163 as of February 2023, Hokkaido Shibecha is located in Kawakami District, 40 kilometers northeast of the center of Kushiro City, and is the sixth largest town in Japan. It has an inland climate with hot summers and cold winters, and the annual temperature difference is larger than that of neighboring Kushiro City. The Shibecha is divided into "Tawadaira Area", "Nijibetsu area", "urban area", and "Toro and Kayanuma area". Here are some popular sightseeing spots in each area. 【Tawadaira Area】・Tawahei Observatory It is an observatory overlooking the 360-degree horizon. You can also enjoy camping, so it is convenient as a base for riders touring Hokkaido. ・Shibecha breeding farm Cows are raised by grazing on a vast ranch, and you can see cows and sheep playing peacefully in the surrounding area. 【Nijibetsu Area】・Mt. Nishibetsu It is an 800-meter-high mountain that is easy to climb even for beginners, which is visited by about 30,000 climbers a year. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Nekushi Plateau and precious alpine wildflowers. ・Lake Schwanbetsudam It is a popular lake for auto camping and rainbow trout fishing. You can catch large rainbow trout from summer to autumn. 【Urban Area】・Kushiro River Shibecha Ryokuchi Park It is a park located on the riverbed about 10 minutes on foot from JR Shibecha Station, and there is a park golf and event square, making it a spot that can be enjoyed by both children and adults. 【Toro / Kayanuma Area】・Shibecha Museum "Nitai To" It exhibits the history of Shibecha from the Jomon period to the modern era and natural materials such as insect specimens. In Shibecha, you can also enjoy leisure activities such as canoeing on the Kushiro River, smelt fishing on Lake Toro, lure and fly fishing on the Kushiro River, and cycling on the promenade of the Kushiro Marshland. There are plenty of accommodations, hot spring inns, and hotels, so please spend one day enjoying these sightseeing spots and leisure to the fullest! Access to the Shibecha is about 1 hour by train from Kushiro Station. In Shibecha, you can also enjoy leisure activities such as canoeing on the Kushiro River, smelt fishing on Lake Toro, lure and fly fishing on the Kushiro River, and cycling on the promenade of the Kushiro Marshland.

There are plenty of accommodations, hot spring inns, and hotels, so please spend one day enjoying these sightseeing spots and leisure to the fullest!

Access to the Shibecha is about 1 hour by train from Kushiro Station.

初めての投稿になりますので、まずは標茶町の紹介をさせていただきます。
「標茶町」の読み方ですが「しべちゃちょう」と読みます。
アイヌ語で「大きな川のほとり」という意味の「シペッチャ」が町名の由来となっています。

北海道標茶町は人口は2023年2月時点で7,163人で、釧路市の中心部から北東に40キロメートルの川上郡に位置し、日本全国の町村では6番目に広い町です。
夏は暑く、冬は寒いという内陸的な気候で、近隣の釧路市と比べると年間の気温差は大きくなっています。

標茶町は「多和平エリア」「虹別エリア」「市街地エリア」「塘路・茅沼エリア」に分けられます。
各エリアごとの人気の観光スポットを紹介いたします。

【多和平エリア】
・多和平展望台
360度の地平線を見渡せる展望台です。
キャンプも楽しめるので、北海道をツーリングするライダーの拠点としても便利です。
・標茶町育成牧場
広大な牧場で雌牛を放牧により育てており、周辺には牛や羊がのどかに遊ぶ姿をご覧になれます。

【虹別エリア】
・西別岳
年間約3万人の登山客が訪れる初心者でも登りやすい標高800メートルの山です。
根釧台地の雄大な風景や貴重な高山野草を楽しむことができます。
・シュワンベツダム湖
オートキャンプやニジマス釣りで人気の湖です。
夏から秋にかけて大物のニジマスを釣ることが出来ます。

【市街地エリア】
・釧路川標茶緑地公園
JR標茶駅から徒歩10分ほどの河川敷にある公園でパークゴルフやイベント広場があり子供から大人までが楽しめるスポットになっています。

【塘路・茅沼エリア】
・標茶町博物館「ニタイ・ト」
縄文時代から近代までの標茶町の歴史や昆虫標本などの自然の資料を展示しています。

また、標茶町では、釧路川でのカヌー体験や塘路湖でのワカサギ釣り、釧路川でのルアー・フライフィッシング、釧路湿原の遊歩道でのサイクリングなどレジャーアクティビティも楽しむことができます。

宿泊施設や温泉旅館・ホテルも充実していますので、これらの観光地やレジャーを1日かけて思いっきり満喫してみてください！

標茶町へのアクセスは釧路駅から電車で約1時間となっています。
釧路駅・標茶駅間は夏の期間はゆっくりのんびり走る日本一遅い列車「湿原ノロッコ号」、1月から3月の期間は白銀の釧路湿原を疾走する「SL冬の湿原号」で標茶町にお越しになることもできます。

まずは皆さん、"弟子屈町"ってなんて読むかわかりますか？

こちらは、"てしかがちょう"と読みます。
北海道と言えば、摩周湖や屈斜路湖は多くの観光客の方が訪れる人気の観光スポットですが、その摩周湖・屈斜路湖を有するのが弟子屈町（てしかがちょう）なんです。

摩周湖は深い青色の湖水が広がり、神の湖と知られています。
青い水面は「摩周湖ブルー」と呼ばれ、日本では1番、そして世界でもトップクラスの透明度を誇ります。

この美しい湖面を堪能するには展望台を訪れることをお勧めします。
摩周第一展望台は年間100万人が訪れる最も人気のある展望台です。
広い駐車場に、トイレ・レストハウスもあるので休憩でもご利用できます。
摩周第三展望台、裏摩周展望台も駐車場は無料で違った摩周湖の顔をご覧になることができます。
摩周第一展望台、摩周第三展望台からは運や気象条件が良ければ、摩周湖一面が霧に覆われ、その溜まった霧が「雲海」としてご覧になることも出来ます。

そして、屈斜路湖は世界でも有数の大きさを誇る、日本国内最大のカルデラ湖（火山が噴火した後、火口に水がたまった湖）です。
湖畔にいくつもの天然温泉が湧き出ているので、自然をそのまま活かした露天風呂やサウナ、大型ホテルなどで温泉を楽しむことができます。
