Hello, this is the Tsuru City Tourism Association in Yamanashi Prefecture. First of all, I would like to introduce Tsuru City. It is the state of the largest festivals in Tsuru City, the "Hometown Era Festival". The daimyo procession consisted of a total of more than 100 people. A prince on horseback, a samurai with a dignified appearance, A red bear shows the virtuosity of throwing a spear, and a princess dressed in a beautiful costume and her waist. You can experience a page of history. In addition, the sight of the four food stalls (festival floats) in the city going around the town while playing the festival is gorgeous. There is also a video, so please take a look at that as well. Please search for "Tsuru City Tourism Association Hometown Era Festival" on YouTube.

Today, I went to the Kirigamine Opening Festival. The weather was nice and warm. The second spiritual peak, Mt. Fuji, also welcomed us with our faces. In the midst of all this, I was 💦 drenched in sweat just by going up to the fog bell tower It was 🏔 the first outdoor opening ceremony in three years Many people attended and we were able to hold a mountain opening ceremony. At the opening, a member of the Kirigamine Glider Association flew a 🛩 glider at 9:00 a.m. Immediately after the start, we went up to an altitude of about 1900m. It's 🛫 a glider, so it takes off very quietly If there is no weight limit, I would like to try it at least once!! At the opening ceremony, the priest of Tenaga Shrine prayed for the safety of tourists, people passing through Kirigamine, and everyone related to Kirigamine. Please come to the Kirigamine Nagikama Shrine, which I introduced before, which is a Suwa hidden gem superb view point! When you come to Kirigamine or Suwa, please 🚙 drive safely = 3

【The Legend of Minamoto no Yoritomo in Doshi Village 1】 Doshi Village, which has been said to be an unexplored area, has many legends. Among them, an anecdote praising the military prowess of Minamoto no Yoritomo, who opened the Kamakura shogunate in the late 12th century, has been handed down. Minamoto no Yoritomo Legend "Trial Rock" Legend has it that Minamoto no Yoritomo entered Doshiya on his way back from hunting for Fuji scrolls. Yoritomo, who spent time training in martial arts in the Nagamata area upstream of the Doshi River, sharpened the famous sword he had in his possession and slashed a nearby stone and cut it in two. This is called "trial rock" and is made of granite called quartz diorite. It is a large stone divided into two parts, 386 cm wide and 115 cm long. Other ・ "Kabuto Rock" (Nagamata area), which is said to have rested with a helmet on a rock The Waraji cord loosened, so I stopped the horse and put my foot on the rock to tighten the cord. It is said that footprints were left at this time. The legend of Minamoto no Yoritomo can be found in various places in the village. When I went to Takashima Castle around Golden Week, students from a local junior high school came to sketch Takashima Castle. When I went near the wisteria flowers, there was a very sweet and wonderful scent in the air. Before I knew it, bees and black bees were 🐝 coming to take nectar ~ Even as a human, it was a wonderful scent that attracted me!! I don't know why the demons of Demon Slayer don't like this wonderful flower www I think it's a wonderful flower. A shot from under the wisteria ledge is recommended!! I didn't know that wisteria flowers were blooming in the pond even though I was a local. I'm sorry, Mr. Takashimajo. When I looked at the whole wisteria flower on this day, I thought that it would bloom for seven minutes today to the untrained eye! On the premises, there is a rare Gokoku Shrine ⛩ in Japan that resembles the construction of Suwa Grand Shrine. There seems to be a rare sculpture. Every year, I think it's about Golden Week, but it's very beautiful and you can see it. The castle, the park, and the wisteria flowers are waiting 🌼 for you next year, so please come!

Finally, on April 1, 2024, the Suwa Lake Cycling Road was completed. The circumference of Suwa Lake is about 16 km. It is a lake that has been loved by locals for a long time. When I was in the sixth grade of elementary school, I remember the first time I rode a bicycle around Suwa Lake with a friend. I think the locals have an episode of their first circumnavigation of Suwa Lake. In addition, I think that it will be a newly maintenance cycling road that is easy to ride by bicycle and has a nice scenery. On holidays when the weather is nice, the excitement will increase! "No, no, I'm going to have a bicycle from now on..." "What kind of bicycle should I use now?" If you are wondering "What is an electrically power assisted bicycle?", Why don't you take this opportunity to relax around Lake Suwa Lake with your family and friends on a rental cycle around Lake Suwa Lake? * Regular holidays, business hours, etc. please check each website. ・Activity Base Cogue ・JBT Suwa visit rental cycle ・Suwa Lake Bicycle Rental ・SUWA Glass Village Electrically power assisted bicycles can easily climb Slope! You can also go to that Famous Tateishi Park and the Kirigamine Highlands, which Suwa is proud of, by bicycle!! Taking the opportunity of the completion of this Suwa Lake Cycling Road, why don't you use your own bicycle to cycle around Suwa Lake or rent an electrically assisted bicycle and challenge yourself to go around Lake Suwa Lake and Kirigamine Highlands? If you get tired, there are parks, cafes, and foot baths, and ♪ I don't think you can find such a blessed environment in Japan. There are cafes and parks along the cycling path, but there are not many foot baths! I think. Use the foot bath easily as long as you have a towel. It will blow away your ♨ tiredness And Swaichi! Did you know? If you go around Suwa Lake by bicycle, take a picture of the three spots of Suwa, Shimosuwa, and Okaya with your smartphone, go to the tourist information center of each city (Kamisuwa Station, Shimosuwa Station, Okaya Station) by yourself and show the photos of the three spots, you will receive a Swaichi certificate and a commemorative badge (you cannot choose the color)! Please try it with your children and friends. A testament to the circumnavigation of Suwa Lake and a commemorative swaichi! Challenges are also recommended. ※ Photo courtesy of Activity Base Cogue The seventh photo is one of my favorite scenic Spot!! Look for it!

Nagikama Shrine ⛩ The other day, I went to visit the Yabukama Shrine in Kirigamine for the first time. Last year, I heard Torii (shrine gate) ⇒ that there was a "Nagikama Shrine" that had been changed to a wooden stone monument, and I was originally thinking of going there because of the thaw, and I decided to go with the words of my wife, who loves Kirigamine. As a lover of pillars, I have come to like visiting shrines and other places, and I have always wanted to go to the Yabukama Shrine, so I thought I finally had the opportunity to go to Kirigamine with my camera. I parked my car in the parking lot under the ski resort and headed towards the glider pavilion as I heard from an acquaintance, but I was not confident and was nervous, and there was a small sign in front of the glider pavilion that said ⇒ Yagikama Shrine 0.5 km, so I headed there. I felt that it was surprisingly far away. Together with his two children and his wife, he walked for a few minutes while touching the nature of Kirigamine. I could see the stone monument of the Nagikama Shrine. Since it is a shrine, the Torii (shrine gate) is more chic, but this is also a stone monument and it is quaint!! I thought. The approach road was also paved with wood chips, and it was very beautiful and maintained and easy to walk. When I arrived at the Shrine, there was a breathtaking view... For the first time in a long time, I couldn't suppress my excitement. The fact that the day I visit was sunny was also α to the superb view, and it was wonderful!! The Suwa Basin spreads out below, Lake Suwa Lake stands very beautifully, the Central Alps are in front, the Northern Alps are on the right, the Southern Alps are on the left, Mt. Fuji is on the side, and Yatsugatake is behind the left. Isn't there a shrine in Japan where you can see the mountains like this? I think so!! 🏔 As a self-proclaimed hunter of Suwa City's spectacular scenery, this spectacular view immediately became a ranker!! Tateishi Park also overlooks Suwa-no-Taira and has a very good view, but this one has an indescribable beauty because the Elevation Gari even higher. I post that this is not only in my heart!! The shuin stamps is new, and if you are visiting the shrine of Suwa, please stop by when you come to Kirigamine!! If it's sunny, I don't think you'll regret it! ・ God of worship Kenmikata Ōkami (also known as Osuwa-sama : Takeminakata God of valor, fertility of five grains, etc.) ・ Daisen Ōkami (Ōyamatsumi : As the god of industry and shipping, as well as the god of sake dissolution, the ancestor of sake brewing) ・ Ashinazuchi Tema Milk Ōkami (Tenazuchi) ⇐ Parents of Kushinada Hime (Kushinada Hime : Susanoo's wife) Here, the Dedication of the Nagi Sickle (a sacred vessel shaped like a sickle) found in the former Motomisayama Ruins is dedicated. The scythe is struck on the pillar after the main pillar has been determined. It is said that it is only hammered on the pillars of the Suwa Grand Shrine Upper Shrine, which is a strange thing. The shape is a sickle shaped like the head of a male chicken, which is also the "sacred weapon" of Suwa Grand Shrine. The sickle is enshrined in the Shrine, so please take a look along with the superb view. Suwa Grand Shrine also has a nagikamamori ♪

As you all know, Suwa Lake is famous for crossing the gods, but do you know Other about the mysterious natural phenomenon of "Oshi-shi"? Suwa Lake has particularly strong winds in winter, and once the ice that has not been completely frozen breaks, and the ice fragments are pushed up to the shore by strong winds, a phenomenon called "yomi ice". This seems to be a natural phenomenon that can be seen in large lakes and not in rivers that stream all the time. The pieces of ice look like large pieces of glass, and you can see a fantastic scenery by layering them. In addition, the ice reflected by the sunlight looks very beautiful. Take a walk, take pictures, or experience the fantastic winter Suwa Lake while running or walking. I haven't been out for 6 years, including the last winter. It is not always possible to see the ice and the god crossing. Therefore, in winter, we distribute live videos on the website of the Suwa Tourist Association. We strongly recommend that you check the videos before visiting. ◎ Even if there is ice, riding on the ice is very dangerous because there is a risk of falling into Suwa Lake. Please be sure to observe good manners and watch from a safe place.
