Introducing the photos posted on "Everyone's Post"! This is a pickup post of the inbound tourism information SNS "Cool Japan Video". Today, I would like to introduce aki.06261949's post "Omura Park in Nagasaki". The row of illuminated cherry blossom trees is a fantastic picture. Omura Park, located in Kushima, Omura City, Nagasaki Prefecture, is a park on the ruins of Kushima Castle Omura Castle, which has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Historical Parks of Japan". In spring, about 2,000 cherry trees bloom throughout the park, and it has been selected as one of the "100 best cherry blossom spots in the Japan". Starting with Omura cherry, which has been designated as a natural monument, you can enjoy more than 21 varieties of cherry blossoms. It usually blooms in late March ~ early April, but it depends on the climate, so it is recommended to check the flowering status on the Internet. A cherry blossom festival is also scheduled to be held from late March. Details for 2023 have not yet been announced. Please check the official website. ) From late May to early June, when the irises are in full bloom, the "Omura Flower Iris Festival" is also held. Introducing the photos posted on "Everyone's Post"! This is a pickup post of the inbound tourism information SNS "Cool Japan Video". Today, I would like to introduce the post "Nagasaki Prefecture / Road Station Ikugetsu Bridge" by "HAYATO/Japan Scenery Photography and Superb Scenic Spots". It is a superb view that captures the large bridge illuminated by the setting sun and the sea. Located in Hirado City, Nagasaki Prefecture in the Kyushu region, Roadside Station Ikitsuki Ohashi Bridge is located in Ikutsuki Ohashi Park at the foot of the bridge, and is a roadside station with souvenirs, a multipurpose plaza, a walking path, and a tourist information center. The Ikugetsu Bridge connects Hirado Island and Ikutsuki Island. The light blue Ikugetsu Bridge and the superb view of the sea from the roadside station Ikugetsu Bridge are a must-see. The shop in the station building has a variety of chin flying fish dashi and chin kamaboko, sweets from local confectionery shops, and processed marine products. There is no food and beverage space in the restaurant, but the surrounding restaurants offer gourmet food made with local ingredients. Why don't you stop by the "Daiki area" of chin dashi ramen and "Hirado Seto Market Restaurant Seaside Cafe"? Roadside station Ikugetsu Bridge has plenty of toilets and parking lots, so it is recommended for staying in the car for a nap or rest. Due to the proximity of the sea, you need to be careful on bad days

Festival held in Nagasaki City from October 7 to 9 [Nagasaki Kunchi] It is designated as an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Japan. The float in the photo is [Kokkodesho] It is a popular votive dance among Nagasaki kunchi. The rough skill of throwing a float high into the sky and grabbing it with the thrown arm outstretched, masculinity, and bravery of shouting There is no doubt that it will be full of charm that will hook the viewer. I think that other votive dances are also unique and very enjoyable festival events. There are many stalls, and there is no doubt that both children and adults can enjoy a fun time! !! I wanted to capture the power and dynamism of the moment when I threw it high into the sky, so I shot with the shutter speed down. I think I was able to capture the movement of the hand and the expression of the bearer well in my own way.

Cool photo, this reminds me of the street car in Arakawa and the one in Hakodate as well. I didn't realize there was so few street cars left in Japan until recently. I saw somewhere about someone hyping up riding the street car in Arakawa and having ridden it several times myself I was kind of surprised I'd never realized that it's not very common in Japan anymore. I know there's the one in Enoshima as well but unfortunately I didn't learn about it until I'd already traveled there so I'll need to go back again so I can catch a ride under it. There's more stuff I want to do around the island anyways and there's a ton of great places to grab some food as well. This streetcar has some interesting designs on it though, can't make out what they are unfortunately but it looks nice. I'd like to go for a ride on it and I need to visit Nagasaki anyways so I guess it works out!

Hey, I know this place! I have a friend that used to work at Huis Ten Bosch. I've never gotten the chance to go myself but it seems like it would be a really cool place to visit. I can imagine in the spring the flowers are really awesome like this photo as well so now is probably the best time to check it out. I know the do illumination events and other stuff as well so that'd probably be a good idea for dates or even just for some casual fun with friends. I think they have boat rides as well. To be fair there's probably not much they don't have I guess the park is supposed to be pretty large. Nagasaki is a little far from Tokyo for a day trip but maybe this summer I can get something worked out. Would really love to visit.

One piece at Huis Ten Bosch. I don't have much of a sense of Japan, but that's also a good idea.
