Matsuura Whitebait & Tiger puffer fish gourmet fair is being held in! !️ Held in a gourmet fair where restaurants and accommodations in the city offer dishes using the ultra-rare Matsuura "whitebait" that is caught only during this period and the aquaculture "Tiger puffer fish" that boasts the largest production in No.1 in Japan. Each restaurant offers elaborate menus such as Kaisen Donburi using "raw whitebait", which is rare in Kyushu, pasta and rice bowls of "kamaage whitebait" with outstanding texture and flavor, and course meal of Tiger puffer fish.
