The whole area was higan flowers, and it was red as if there was a red carpet on it. This photo was taken at Miyakuyama Natural Forest Park in Gunma Prefecture. It was just evening, and I was able to take the picture at a good time when the red shines well with the gentle yellowish light.

Had a total blast, and one of the locals even gave us some incense as a gift for visiting Gyoda!
