COOL JAPAN VIDEOS Photo Contest PR
Apr. 14, 2023
Introducing the photos posted on "Minna no Post"! This is a pickup post on the inbound tourism information SNS "COOL JAPAN VIDEOS". Today, I would like to introduce a post by "Shunkai_k". It is a piece that captures the beauty of the scattered flowers. Yasuno Hana-no-Eki Park is located in Akiota Town, Yama District, Hiroshima Prefecture, and is a beautiful park visited by many tourists in spring. Previously, the Yasuno Hana-no-Eki Park was a station on the JR West Kabe Line, but after the line was closed, it was equipped as a park and is now popular as a place of relaxation for locals. There is also a free parking lot, making it easy to access by car. The best time to see the cherry blossoms is usually in early April. In addition, forsythia and peaches are in full bloom for about 200 meters, and the beautiful scenery of colorful flowers is superb. Every year during the cherry blossom season, the "Anno Flower Festival" is held, and there is a trolley train ride experience, which is very popular with children. In the park, valuable Hiroshima JNR vehicles diesel car "Kiha 58" are on display, which is a must-see for railway fans. You can also enjoy the nostalgic station building in the same state as it was in the active era, such as the timetable. With the arrival of spring, why not visit "Yasuno Hana-no-Eki Park" and enjoy the vivid flowers and wonderful park? ◆Yasuno Hana-no-Eki Park◆ 【Address】〒731-3411 554 Ana, Akiota-cho, Yama-gun, Hiroshima 【Access】Yasuno Hana-no-Eki Park from National Route 191 former JR Kabe Line Anno Station 【Parking lot】Available free of charge, about 40 cars

It is a Yasuno Hana-no-Eki Park located in Akiota Town, Hiroshima Prefecture. In spring, cherry blossoms and forsythia bloom and the scenery is very beautiful, but especially when the cherry blossoms begin to fall, the ground is dyed cherry blossom color and the scenery is superb.
It is a place that you should definitely visit at least once.

★ The 16th COOL JAPAN VIDEOS Photo Contest is currently being ★ held under the theme of "Sightseeing spots Japan to visit in spring" We look forward to receiving many applications from you! This time, we will introduce "Asuka"'s post! The contrast between the rows of cherry blossoms and fresh greenery is impressive. The Shinkashi River is a small river that flows behind Hikawa Shrine in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. Especially in spring, beautiful rows of cherry blossom trees spread along this river, and it is crowded with many tourists. During the cherry blossom season, there is also a light-up where you can enjoy a fantastic view at night. In addition, there is a promenade by the river, so it is recommended to admire the cherry blossoms while strolling. ◆Hikawa Shrine◆ 【Address】 〒350-0851 Saitama-ken, Kawagoe-shi, Hikawa-cho 108 【Access】Get off at "Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine Bus Stop" and walk a short distance

Shintoku Tourism Association
Apr. 13, 2023
This is the Shintoku Town Tourism Association. On a morning that brought back the cold with a dusting of powdery snow❄️, I visited the marsh where skunk cabbage blooms, which I learned about yesterday. Walking along the old Karikachi Line railroad ruins called the “Poppo no Michi”🐿️ that lead from town toward Karikachi Pass, I began to spot skunk cabbage here and there along the way!💓A little farther on, in a small marsh fed by a stream, there were skunk cabbages everywhere—skunk cabbage, skunk cabbage, skunk cabbage❗️❗️❗️I found a spot with firm footing and stood among them, inhaling their gentle, sweet scent. It was a morning that let me feel the breath of spring in Shintoku while winter still lingered.✨

Sarushima is the largest natural island in Tokyo Bay, located in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It was once used as a fortress for the former army and navy during World War II, and was off-limits to the general public for a while, but now the general public can enter, and the buildings and artifacts that were eroded by greenery during that blank period are the charm of this island, and it is rumored that it is reminiscent of "Castle in the Sky". In addition, the buildings are now made of brick, which are few 22 in Japan, and it was a mysterious island as if you were in a dream, with a large number of plants eroding from all directions, the singing of trees, and the singing of birds on buildings that you do not usually have the opportunity to see.

Rishirifuji Tourism Association
Apr. 11, 2023
Hello COOL JAPAN VIDEOS viewers! It is a Rishirifuji Tourism Association located on Rishiri Island, Hokkaido. We will introduce the sightseeing spots of Rishiri Fuji Town from today. ~Introduction of Mount Rishiri~ Mt. Rishiri, Japan's northernmost independent peak, has been selected as one of the "100 Famous Mountains of Japan" by mountaineer and novelist Hisaya Fukada. The foundation of Mt. Rishiri, which is 1,721 meters above sea level, was formed by a volcano, and subsequent eruptions formed the current appearance of the mountain. The rough shape near the summit is not caused by the volcano, but by repeated erosion and collapse of the mountain surface due to severe winds and snow in the northernmost region. Mt. Rishiri has a well-maintained mountain trail, and there are two courses, the Rishiri Fuji Town "Oshidomari Course" for beginners to intermediates, and the Rishiri Town "Kutsugata Course" for advanced climbers, and about 10,000 climbers use it every year to reach the summit. In addition, at the foot of the Oshidomari Course, which is the most frequently used, there is the spring water "Ganro Spring Water", which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan, and is useful as an oasis place for climbers. In recent years, the rapid increase in the number of climbers has led to the deterioration of mountain trails, amplifying the effects of bare ground due to trampling by climbers and soil scouring caused by rain and snowmelt in places where fragile volcanic strata are exposed. The local Rishiriyama Mountain Trail Maintenance and Management Liaison Council is working to maintain and repair the mountain trail, but it is not easy to restore nature once it has been damaged. Therefore, we have formulated the "Rishiri Rule," which is a regional rule for mountain trail conservation, and are calling on mountain climbers to cooperate with mountain climbing manners. 【Rishiri Rules】 1. Use portable toilets 2. Cap the stock 3. Do not sit on the plant, do not step on it In order to protect Mount Rishiri and to make it enjoyable for many people, we ask for your cooperation in spreading the Rishiri Rules.
