I was able to take Sunday off for the first time in a long time, so I went to Himeji Castle, a World Heritage Site. There was an event called "Kagamihana Suigetsu", and I waited for about 50 minutes for a long line in the strong wind, and the water swayed in the wind so much that Himeji Castle could not be photographed, and the use of a tripod monopod was prohibited, and the shooting time was only 4 minutes, so it was a dense shoot, so it was not very picturesque, but somehow I did my best with a camera from a long time ago and waited ? for the timing when the wind stopped. Even in such a situation, I wonder if you can easily shoot with today's high-performance mirrorless ... ?

Introducing photos post "Everyone's post"! Inbound tourist information social media "COOL JAPAN VIDEOS" pickup post. Today, I would like to introduce Norihiro Ikuma's post "The Rising Sun of Biei". The gradation sky and the snowy scenery illuminated by the morning sun are superb. Located in Kamikawa District, Hokkaido, Biei is a town with beautiful nature. In 2005, he founded and joined the "Most Beautiful Villages in Japan" Coalition, which aims to pass on the wonderful scenery and culture to future generations. In 2010, we were recognized for our activities in Japan and officially joined the World Federation, and are developing various activities. The Biei where you can enjoy the superb scenery of the four seasons is full of photo spots and sightseeing spots. "Shin-Ei no Oka Observatory Park" is an observation park where you can overlook nature 360 degrees, including the Tokachi mountain range. Recommended for shooting the morning sun and sunset. "Shirogane Blue Pond" is a popular tourist spot with a fantastic view of cobalt blue. In winter, it is lit up in white silver, and when the snow melts, it turns green-blue. You can enjoy different landscapes depending on the weather and season. Biei Shrine, one of the three major power spots in Hokkaido, is also popular for its benefits of fulfilling love. There are heart decorations everywhere on the site, and it is said that finding a hidden heart will improve your luck in love. "Biei Shirogane Onsen" is a hot spring that represents Biei. It is effective for neuralgia and muscle pain, and day trip bathing is also possible. ◆Biei◆ 【Address】〒071-0208 1-2-14 Honmachi Biei Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido 【Access】 From Asahikawa About 26 km on National Route 237, about 40 minutes From Furano About 34 km on National Route 237, about 40 minutes From Sapporo From Sapporo IC to Asahikawa Takasu IC by Hokkaido Expressway, take National Route 48 - National Route 12, National Route 237 for about 166 km, about 2 hours 30 minutes From Furano Station About 36 minutes by local train to Biei Station

Introducing the photos posted on "Minna no Post"! This is a pickup post on the inbound tourism information SNS "COOL JAPAN VIDEOS". Today, I would like to introduce "Nguyen Vu" post "Night view of Byodo-in Phoenix Hall". The contrast between light and shadow of the Byodo-in Phoenix Hall is impressive. Located in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, Byodoin Phoenix Hall is one of the World Heritage Sites of Ancient Kyoto. It is also famous for being depicted on a Japanese 10-yen coin. The history of Byodo-in Temple dates back to the first year of Tenki (1053). It was built by Sekihaku Fujiwara Yorimichi at the time, and the following year the Phoenix Hall was built as the Amida Hall, a Buddhist hall with Amitabha Buddha as its main deity. The name Phoenix Hall comes from the fact that when viewed from the front, it looks like a bird with outstretched wings, and a golden phoenix is attached to the roof. The biggest feature of Phoenix Hall is that it is built in a style that looks as if it is floating in a pond (Aji Pond). On clear days, the superb view of the phoenix hall reflected in the pond is also popular as a photo spot. We recommend shooting in the morning when it is in good light or in the background of the sunset. The grounds are full of attractions, such as the garden, which has been designated as a national historic site and place of scenic beauty, and the Brahma bell. ◆Byodo-in Phoenix Hall◆ 【Address】〒611-0021 116 Uji Renka, Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture 【Access】 JR Nara Line About 10 minutes walk from Uji Station Keihan Uji Line About 10 minutes on foot from Uji Station 【Opening Hours】8:30~17:30(Reception closes at 17:15) 【Inside the Phoenix Hall】9:30~16:30 (Capacity of 50 people each time) Please check the official website for details.

Introducing the photos posted on "Everyone's Post"! This is a pickup post of the inbound tourism information SNS "Cool Japan Video". Today, I would like to introduce Menma's post "Kanazawa Station's specialty "Komon". The unique design of the gate is a powerful photo. Kanazawa Station, located in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture in the Koshinetsu region, is a representative station of Kanazawa City, which was selected as one of the "14 most beautiful stations in the world" by an American travel magazine. The Tsuzumimon and Hospitality Dome in front of the station were completed in March 2005 as part of the city's redevelopment. The 13.7-meter-high drum gate is inspired by the drums of Noh, a traditional performing art of Kanazawa. The concept of the Hospitality Dome is "the spirit of hospitality that offers an umbrella to people who get off the station" in Kanazawa, where there is a lot of rain and snow. Both were designed by architect Ryuzo Shirae. Illuminated from sunset to 0:00, Drum Gate is also a popular photo spot. At the nearby shopping mall, you can buy souvenirs and traditional crafts, and you can also enjoy ramen, which is also a Kanazawa gourmet. For accommodation, we recommend hotels near the east exit of Kanazawa Station, and have good access to Kenrokuen Garden, which is famous for its Japan garden. ◆Kanazawa Station◆ 【Address】〒920-8580 Ishikawa Prefecture, Kanazawa-shi, Kinoshinbocho 1-1 【Access】 railway Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka: about 2 hours and 30 minutes

Introducing the photos posted on "Everyone's Post"! This is a pickup post of the inbound tourism information SNS "Cool Japan Video". Today, I would like to introduce Taka's post "Shirahige Shrine in Shiga Prefecture". The torii gate with the sunset in the background, the vast lake and the sky are fantastic. Shirahige Shrine, located in Lake Biwa in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, Kansai region, has been recognized as a Japan heritage site as a constituent cultural property of "Lake Biwa and its Waterside Landscape - Water Heritage of Prayer and Living". With a history of more than 2,000 years since its foundation, it is the oldest shrine in Omi. The goddess of the shrine was Sarutahiko no Mikoto, and it is said that the origin of the company's name was that Sarutahiko had white hair and a white demon. The benefits of Shirahige Shrine are wide-ranging, such as life extension and longevity, good luck, and matchmaking, and are believed to be the god of guidance and paving. The "Konaka Otorii Gate" floating on the lake is a hot topic for taking photogenic photos. On Saturdays, Sundays, and the year-end and New Year holidays, it is lit up and you can enjoy a superb view with a different atmosphere from the daytime. We also recommend the "Nishiomi Seven Lucky God Tour" where you can enjoy the treasure seals (red seals) of the seven gods of fortune scattered throughout Takashima City on special colored paper. There are two types of red seals of Shirahige Shrine, and you can receive the red seal of the regular and the Nishiomi Seven Lucky Gods Tour "Jurojin". ◆Shirahige Shrine◆ 【Address】〒520-1122 Shiga Prefecture Takashima City Unogawa 215 【Access】 【Car】 ・From Kyoto and Osaka From Kyoto Higashi IC, take Kosai Road / National Route 161 north 40 km ・From Tokyo and Nagoya Take Maibara JC to Hokuriku Expressway, and from Kinomoto IC, take National Routes 8, 303, and 161 south, 45 km 【Train】 From Kyoto Station, take the JR Kosei Line - Get off at Omi-Takashima Station for about 40 minutes (New Rapid) About 3 kilometers from Omitakashima Station, 40 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by taxi --------------------- ★ The 14th COOL JAPAN VIDEOS Photo Contest is currently being held with the theme of "Superb Photography of the Japan"! Introducing the photos posted on "Everyone's Post"! This is a pickup post of the inbound tourism information SNS "Cool Japan Video". Today, I would like to introduce "Teppy's post "Okuoikojo Station" with a superb view in the hinterland of Shizuoka. The station built as if floating on the lake and the magnificent nature are a spectacular view. Okuōikojo Station (奥大井湖上駅, Okuōikojo-eki) is a station on the Ōigawa Railway Ikawa Line in Kawanehoncho, Haibara-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture, Tokai region, which won the "COOL JAPAN AWARD 2019". It was built on a peninsula-like site that came out on the left bank during the construction of the Nagashima Dam. The scenery that seems to be floating on the lake has become a hot topic on SNS. To get to the viewpoint with a superb view of the station and nature, it is about an 18-minute walk from the parking lot of Okuoikojo Station. It is also recommended to actually enter the station and tour the platform. In addition, the iron bridge "Okuoi Rainbow Bridge" of the Minami Alps Aputo Line (Ikawa Line) that spans both sides of the peninsula where the station is located can be crossed on foot. The Ōigawa Railway is also famous for the popular anime "Thomas the Tank Engine". You can also take the Toby the Tank Engine and the Bertie bus. There are also plans for day tours and a little longer to enjoy with Thomas Land. From December ~ January 2022, Thomas Fair will be held at two locations, "Shin-Kanaya Main Venue" and "Senzu Satellite Venue". It is full of highlights such as driving a mini SL and an exhibition of Thomas' nakama. In addition, a gift plan will be held for 3 days only from December 23 (Fri) ~ 25 (Sun), 2022. Children under elementary school age who ride the Thomas the Tank Engine during the period will receive Christmas presents.
