Wow, it's awesome watching these cups come together. I love watching videos of craftsmanship like this. Don't see a lot of this anywhere else these days. Japan always has the coolest traditional crafts too. I really enjoy sake so I should consider getting one of these probably. I'd also like to get some Edo Kiriko as well, but they're a bit more pricey and I'm really pick about which one I want lol. I love seeing all the specialized tools used in each craft too. Some you can just tell that there's no other possible use and you can get an idea of just how much knowledge has been handed down to reach this point. Really awesome stuff

Yoshinosugi goupon made by traditional craftsmen of Okeya Kondo in Kyoto, Japan, is a work of art! A video introduction to crafts from Yoshino-cho, Nara Prefecture, that make sake taste great!

What a great photo of Heian Jingu. I haven't had the chance to visit this one in Kyoto unfortunately, too entranced by Kiyomizudera I suppose. I really need to check out Heian Jingu though, I always enjoy seeing photos of it. I really love how open the courtyard is and seeing the large torii gate is always cool as well. I'd really like to take a stroll through the garden here as well, it's supposed to be pretty incredible from what I've heard. Really tranquil no doubt. I know there are some ponds or at least one pond, I'm not sure if it has any koi in it though, Although I'm sure there are as most gardens seems to have them, plus they're really beautiful so it'd be a shame not to have them. I knew there was a festival here that's supposed to be really awesome but couldn't remember the name so I had to look it up. The Reisai Festival - Supposed to be really great for seeing Geiko and Maiko and hearing some traditional instruments like the shamisen

Wow, what a breathtaking view. It really does look just like a mirror, it's incredible how perfect the reflection is. I really love the green as well, it's such a brilliant shade it really gives you the feeling of the rich, verdant countryside. I've had a love of rice fields since before I can remember, just because they look so beautiful and you can really appreciate the technology of humankind through them. I've never seen the rice fields in Kyoto to be honest, only the temples and shrines, which isn't exactly unfortunate, but I would really like to get out into the countryside as well. This reminds me so much of Akita as well and I only have fond memories of my time there. Going to have to throw the rice fields of Kyoto on my list for my next visit. On a bit of a tangent, it's pretty amazing you can take photos like this on cell phones now. Incredible how far we've come.

This is one photo taken in Ohara, Kyoto. The scenery of the rice fields in the countryside reflecting the scenery and sky like a mirror is superb. I would like people from overseas to enjoy the beauty of this scenery.
I used an iPhone 11 Pro for the shooting.
