First-year student volunteers from Shinshu University planned this event to promote use of the Kita-Shinano Line while addressing local challenges. At the event, you can enjoy warm drinks and food from food trucks, build snowmen, and have snowball fights to fully enjoy the charms of winter. Locals and visitors from afar are all welcome!
