In August 2023, I climbed the mountain to photograph Yakusugi. We walked for 10 hours round trip, and along the way, we saw wonderful scenery and powerful Yakusugi cedars. The scenery was really reminiscent of Princess Mononoke. It is understandable that it is chosen as a superb view that you want to go to before you die.

I took a picture of the village of Ochiai in Tokushima Prefecture with soba flowers. It is a typical Japanese scenery that I hope will remain forever.

Isehara Flower Report January 22, 2024 Plum blossoms at Hinata Yakushi, Ugakubunko, and the General Sports Park …They are beginning to bloom. Plum trees across Isehara City are starting to flower. Perhaps due to the warm winter, they seem to be blooming earlier than usual. Their fragrance is lovely, and they let us feel the arrival of spring a little sooner. By the way, the wintersweet (roubai) also blooms this season with yellow flowers, but it belongs to the wintersweet family and is a different species from the rose-family plums. In any case, we look forward to seeing them in full bloom.

This photo was taken during a tour trip to the Shirakami Mountains in mid-October 2023. From the Shirakami Mountains Visitor Center on the Aomori Prefecture side, we were guided by a guide and walked around the edge of the Shirakami Mountains for about 2 hours. It was raining badly, but the beech forest was bright and the rain was pleasant. I am impressed by the scenery of Japan, where such beautiful nature remains. I was shocked when the guide told me, "Due to global warming, you may not be able to see this scenery in the near future." It is a landscape that I want to cherish.

One of my very heart touching memories in Japan which I want preserve in my mind for ever is the spring trip to Tokyo. Hyogo Prefecture Kobe City Oji Zoo There was a plan to demolish it suddenly due to the issue of attracting a university, but somehow I was able to see this scene due to the opposition movement of one side of the community. In the past, my parents often took me to this place, and it is also a place of memories with my wife, and now I bring my children to this place every year during the cherry blossom season and it is a place of memories with my family, so I hope to see this scene when my children grow up.
