Everyone was enjoying and most of the local people wear traditional cloths too. It was truly a delightful experienced.

Obihiro Shrine 'Natsu-mode' I visited for worship at dusk. Flower-filled water displays run through August 1. The gathering hall is also said to host a giant flower display through August 15.
