Introduction 😄 of experience tours that can be done in Tokachi, Hokkaido ~Served on the farm's wooden deck~ At Matsuhashi Farm in Sarabetsu Village, Matsuhashi Beef BBQ with Commitment Matsuhashi Farm has been farming livestock in Sarabetsu Village for more than 90 years. Cultivation of wheat and soybeans is carried out on the farm, as well as all processes from breeding to fattening and sales. Yasuhiro Matsuhashi, a fourth-generation farmer, is reconsidering agriculture in Tokachi and is considering shifting from agriculture aimed at improving yields and income to sustainable and self-sufficient agriculture. In order to ensure that the next generation does not starve, stockpiling and preserving seeds are now themes for Mr. Matsuhashi. The cow that Mr. Matsuhashi raises is "Matsuhashi beef". It is a beef that does not add sashi as much as possible and pursues the original lean flavor of cows. This plan allows you to enjoy such proud cows on the BBQ terrace built on the premises of the farm. A vast field that can be seen from the wooden deck. Eating in a superb view that seems to be connected to the field, you will feel the taste of the beef raised in the area is exceptional. [Tour Schedule] 11:30 Meet at Matsubashi Farm 11:35 Introduction to Matsubashi Farm & Walk / Introduction to Matsubashi Beef Matsuhashi beef is carefully raised. I would like to ask Mr. Matsuhashi about the points of Commitment. 12:00 BBQ while looking at the fields of Tokachi spread out in front of you Enjoy the deliciousness of the lean meat of Matsuhashi beef and the deliciousness of vegetables from the production area on the excellent BBQ deck where the fields spread out in front of you. 13:30 Commemorative photo in the field Attach a shoe cover to your shoes and take a commemorative photo in the spectacular scenery. 14:00 End of tour Period: June ~ August Time: 11:30~14:00 (about 2 hours 30 minutes) Number of participants: 4~100 Fees: ◎ Vegetable Course / BBQ Course with mainly freshly picked vegetables and little meat (mid-July ~ end of August) ・ Without English interpretation 9,900 yen per person ・ With English interpretation 14,300 yen per person ◎ Matsuhashi Beef Standard Course / Standard Plan to enjoy Matsubashi Beef ・ Without English interpretation 13,200 yen per person ・ With English interpretation 17,600 yen per person ◎ Matsuhashi Beef Premium Course / Matsuhashi Beef Rare Parts On Parade Luxury Plan ・ Without English interpretation 20,900 yen per person ・ With English interpretation 25,300 yen per person * As an option, all-you-can-drink 2,000 yen (tax included) for each course is also available. ■ Please make a reservation at least 7 days before the date of use. (Depending on the guide's circumstances, we may not be able to meet your desired date.) ■ Please note that customers living overseas within 7 days of arrival in Japan are not allowed to enter the sanitary area from the viewpoint of epidemic prevention. ■ In accordance with the "Foot-and-Mouth Disease Outbreak Situation in the World" stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water, participation in the tour may be refused. Thank you for your understanding. It is a good opportunity to learn about the other side of livestock industry and food, such as Matsuhashi beef and Mr. Matsuhashi's thoughts, while interacting with the producers through the experience! First, we will explain what calligraphy is, followed by an explanation of attitudes and tools first. You will better understand the difference between calligraphy as a form of character decoration (caligraphy), which also exists overseas, and Japanese "shodo" (calligraphy). Calligraphy is a traditional Japanese culture that uses brush and ink to express characters artistically, and is appreciated for its neatness, the way the brush is carried, the shade of the ink, and the beauty of the overall arrangement of the characters. #kanji #kimono #Calligraphy #tatamiroom #samurai

The only souvenir that can make you feel "Japanese". Calligraphy has a delicate sense of beauty, and the subtle changes in fine lines, dots and shading enhance its beauty. There is also an aesthetic sense of stillness, and it is important to keep the mind quiet and focused when writing. It is also essentially about basic manners, such as sitting upright, keeping a straight back and holding the brush upright. The fan, which is still familiar to Japanese people as a tool that appears at milestones in life, and calligraphy on hanging scrolls, which are traditional Japanese works of art, are very popular among foreigners, as they are decorated in an appropriate manner and can be displayed in tokonoma (alcove) and other places. #kakejiku #kanji #wabisabi #snuvenir

SamuraiCalligraphy 戦国時代、世を死と隣り合わせに駆け抜けたサムライとその妻たちが、死に際(死を覚悟)に儚くも美しい書を遺した。 During the Warring States period, samurai and their wives, who ran through the world side by side with death, left behind ephemeral but beautiful calligraphy on their deathbeds (prepared to die). #SamuraiCalligraphy Deathbed calligraphy is something a person writes down with a brush as their last words in this world when they foresee their death and look back on their life so far. #shodo #kanji

In Hinomotoichi's Calligraphy Trial Plan, students do not pick up a brush and start writing immediately after the lesson begins. Instead, we begin by explaining about the culture of calligraphy and the history of calligraphy in Japan. This is because it helps them to better understand the difference between Japanese calligraphy and caligraphy, which is a form of character decoration that also exists in other countries, and to appreciate the beauty of the Japanese language. #calligraphy #kanji #shodo

The reason why foreigners are interested in the Japanese language is "The beauty of the Japanese language. I often hear that the reason why foreigners are interested in the Japanese language is "the beauty of the Japanese language. Using the calligraphy skills learned through the calligraphy experience, students write their favorite kanji characters on fans and hanging scrolls of their choice. The master calligrapher will then take the kanji back to your bag with his expert brush strokes. Since each kanji character has multiple meanings, it is important to know what other meanings they have. Knowing the meaning will make the bag shine. #brush #kanji #shodo #travel memories #cultural experience
