[Internship Activity Diary] Nice to meet you. My name is Uehara, and I have been taking part in an internship since August 1st. I have been guided around Isehara City every day, and I am starting to feel the charm of Isehara more and more. Yesterday I visited Koma Sando, which leads up to Oyama Afuri Shrine Lower Shrine. Although I grew tired on the stairs along the way, the waterfalls and shaded trees gave me a pleasantly cool summer relief.🍃 At Kanekoya, now the only shop that makes Oyama koma, I found an array of vivid, variously sized Oyama koma that stopped me in my tracks. I would love to see them making them someday.✨ Today I toured Isehara City from east to west. At Kashiwagi Farm I peeked into the cowshed and found the cows, melting in the heat, oddly endearing.🐄 I visited Sannomiya Hibita Shrine, which has a wooden torii gate and a large harae chigaya ring, creating a lovely atmosphere. Finally, I went to see the sunflower field visible from along the Odakyu Line. Now that it is August and the heat has increased, it felt like a true summer moment.🌻 Why not drive around and experience summer in Isehara City yourself? While taking care in the heat, I will also help out at the Setagaya Furusato Residents Festival tomorrow. Thank you for your continued support!

Today, I attended the Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine Monthly Festival. At Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine, according to the lunar calendar, it is said that the Great Exorcism of Natsuetsu will be held on 7/31. I went through the circle of Kaya no Rinokuguri.

Crying sumo wrestling is a traditional event in Japan that prays for the health and growth of babies. It is derived from the fact that the cry of a baby exorcised evil. The baby staring at Gyoji's Hannya mask is cute. 😊

Summer is the festive season. Several festival occurs during the summer time all over the country. This is one is taken from Shinjuku Eisa festival. During the festival time I saw this young, energetic and enthusiastic boy. He was very happy to perform. Despite very hot humid summer he performed delightfully.

During our trip to Saitama prefecture my wife and friend enjoyed the summer time in the sunflower field in kumagaya city of Saitama prefecture. A very relaxing and refreshing moments. We really enjoyed the short trip.

Speaking of summer in Tokyo, the Sumida River Fireworks Festival It was the best fireworks festival in the Kanto region in terms of both tradition and formality, and a total of about 20,000 fireworks at the first and second venues lit up the night sky of Tokyo.

I went to Little Patricia's Mr./Ms. in Renjaku Town. Lemon squash and lemon cake. 🍋 The sour taste of lemon is delicious. I am enjoying the Kawagoe Million Lights Summer Festival.
