The origin of the name "Jinsennuma" is said to have spread because Toyomatsu Shimoda, the founder of the Boy Scouts in Japan, was very impressed when he visited Kansennuma and felt that "it is a place where everyone lives gods and hermits." The expression changes with the change of seasons, such as autumn leaves and fresh greenery, and the blooming of "Ezo daylily" and "cottonwood" has a charm that makes you want to visit again and again. ・Onuma It is a swamp 850 meters above sea level surrounded by the mountain "Weisshorn" that straddles the towns of Kutchan and Kyowa, and the "Nitonupuri" that straddles the towns of Kutchan and Rankoshi. Natural monuments such as "Ezo salamander" and "Japanese crayfish" live here! ・Naganuma A gourd-shaped swamp located about 20 minutes from Kansennuma. After the war, Keio Nishimura moved to France, where he was discovered by Mr. Kahnweiler, who is known as Picasso's art dealer, and was a Paris-based painter who received awards such as the French Order of Arts and Letters. The museum's exhibitions are changed about four times a year, and you can enjoy a variety of works. In addition, various programs to enjoy art are regularly held in the museum. The view from the museum is also attractive! ◆ Scarecrow Korikan It is a facility built to pass on to future generations the lifestyle culture of agriculture, which is the main industry of Kyowa Town, and the history of the pioneering of our predecessors. Agricultural machinery and household utensils are on display in the museum. In addition, the "Former Horoni Elementary School" attached to the school has been restored from an abandoned elementary school and reused as an exhibition hall! The atmosphere of that time has been restored as it is as a historical building. ◆ Republican Scarecrow Festival In mid~late August, the "Republican Scarecrow Festival" will be held, where unique "scarecrows" will be lined up! It is full of attractive events such as the "Scarecrow Contest", "Song Stage", "Character Show", and "Agricultural Products Sale". (Event details as of August 2023 (Reiwa 5)) ◆Furusato Nozei tax payment in Kyowa Town, Hokkaido Hokkaido Kyowa Town's proud specialty products can also be purchased with Furusato Nozei! It is about 26 kilometers from downtown Sapporo, about 1 hour by car, and is convenient for transportation, and is surrounded by nature, so there are plenty of popular activity spots. There are many ways to play, such as skiing, horseback riding, canoeing, orchards, and park golf courses. The Jozankei area is designated as Shikotsu-Toya National Park, so you can enjoy camping. Jozankei Onsen has a very long history, and more than 150 years ago, in the 2nd year of Keio (1866), the Shugen monk "Bisen Jozan" met this area with the guidance of the Ainu people and pioneered it as a hot spring area, so it was named "Jozankei". Since then, it has healed many people for many years and continues to this day. The spring quality of Jozankei Onsen is a colorless and transparent sodium chloride spring called "hot water" as a hot spring with a high heat retention effect. There are 56 springs, and they gush out abundantly from cracks in the bedrock on the riverbank. In addition, in Jozankei, the "Kappa Legend" has been handed down for a long time, and you can see Kappa statues here and there in the hot spring town. There are 21 statues in total, so it is recommended to take a walk in the hot spring town and look for the Kappa statue. In the Jozankei area, there are more than 20 hotels and ryokans including this hotel. There are also plenty of day-trip hot springs. When traveling to Hokkaido, please visit Jozankei. We will introduce the restaurants and meals of Okujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen, a culinary inn that weaves seasons. Our restaurant was expanded and renovated in early summer 2022. The interior using natural materials is a special space that matches the atmosphere of the hotel standing in nature. We are proud of our dishes where you can feel the four seasons of Hokkaido, and our Italian chef carefully prepares each dish with ingredients found from Hokkaido. The sommelier will propose champagne, red wine and white wine to match your dish. We also offer wines from Hokkaido, sake, and wines from all over the world, so please let us know if you have any requests. For dinner, you can enjoy the night view with the natural scenery outside the window illuminated by lights, and the breakfast with a Japanese set can be enjoyed while enjoying the view of the four seasons of nature illuminated by the morning sun. We also have private rooms to create a private space. On the hotel's official website, there are many accommodation plans where you can enjoy the cuisine of Kamatsu Gyoen, such as memorial dessert as an anniversary plan, a plan with a guaranteed private room, a plan with pairing wine, and a plan where you can taste handmade pizza from the forest. Please take a look at the official website listed in your profile. ◆Kamatsu Gyoen Facility Information Details◆ 【Address】〒061-2301 857 Jozankei, Minami-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido 【Phone number】011-598-2661 【Access (Shuttle Bus)】 A free shuttle bus runs from Sapporo Station every day. eitomo journey
Sep. 16, 2022
My daughter studied abroad at Australia Gold coast last month and has not come back for a year and a half, so of course I am continuing the online English cram school, but I am coming to work at the inn as a live-inn! It is an inn called Rian in Kamogawa. If I don't keep myself busy, I'll ? only think about my daughter. It has been 17 days since I started working at the inn. Yesterday, I broke the boar mouth used at the inn, so I wanted to buy it and return it, so I ?✨ visited the supplier's glass workshop. Main Glass Studio (SUKIGALASS) It's in the mountains, so come by car! No two glasses were the same, and they were ♡ lined with tasteful and beautiful glasses. Buy ? a plate for yourself The producer's uncle gave us a lot of information about the neighborhood. It may seem blunt at first, but he will talk to you about various things! Please ? stop by
