先日、下田市にある ホテル伊豆急 のサウナに行ってきました！🌊✨完全貸切なので、お友達でもカップルでも楽しめます！海が見える最高のロケーションで、思いっきりリフレッシュしてきたので、体験談をシェアします👍🌈まずは アウトドアサウナ「SIMODACCI SAUNA」 へ🪵!バレル型のサウナは90〜100度くらいで、体がじんわり温まります。💦エストニア産の木の香りとオリジナルアロマで、入った瞬間からリラックス…🧖‍♂️🌿セルフロウリュもできるので、熱気がさらに体に染み渡ります🔥サウナ初心者の私は「熱いけど大丈夫かな…」と心配でしたが、目の前に広がる絶景に夢中で、熱さも楽しめました🌊✨ご予約は6人まで可能です！❄️ 水風呂でキュッとクールダウンサウナでしっかり汗をかいたあとは、シャワーで汗を流して専用の水風呂（約18度） で一気にクールダウン💧心地よい刺激でした！水風呂は深さがあり、立ったまま海を眺めながらゆっくり浸かれるのも最高でした🌟！🌿 外気浴で心も体もリフレッシュ水風呂で体が引き締まった後は外気浴…🌿☀インフィニティーチェアに座って、海風を感じながらリラック

Happy New Year! This year I again photographed the first sunrise from the waterfront park. There was no wind and it was not as cold as in past years, but a warm layer of clouds on the horizon kept the sky dull and dim even after the scheduled sunrise time of 6:51. Around 7:05 the edges of the clouds began to glow, and just after 7:20 the sun finally appeared! As every year, many residents and tourists gathered early at the waterfront park to watch the first sunrise of Reiwa 8. May Reiwa 8 bring you a year full of happiness. The enshrined deities are Ikonahime no Mikoto, Mishima Daimyojin, Mimena, Wakamiya, and Tsurugi-no-miko—five honored gods. https://ikonahime.jp//　※駐車場あり ● Shimoda Daruma Daishi A Soto Zen temple founded over 400 years ago. Revered as the "Daruma Ambassador of Good Fortune," it is believed to grant wishes for prosperous business, family safety, traffic safety, academic success, warding off bad luck and inviting good fortune, and attracting financial blessings. It enjoys deep devotion from worshippers. Note: parking available. ● Shimoda Hachiman Shrine This shrine serves as the venue for the grand festival of Shimoda Hachiman Shrine. Shimoda Onsen Daffodil Festival now underway 😊 This year marks the 60th festival, and the flowers have been growing well; they are expected to reach full bloom around early January after the New Year holidays. The sweet scent carried on the sea breeze makes you want to take a deep breath. The familiar Ho-ei stall returns to the daffodil festival venue again this year! Their local fish dishes are plentiful and popular with both visitors and locals. Oagata Shrine "ooagata jinja" Miyayama 3, Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture This shrine enshrines Oagata no Okami, the ancestral deity of Owari land reclamation. The present shrine buildings were rebuilt in Kanbun 1 (1661) by Tokugawa Mitsutomo, the second lord of the Owari Domain, and they faithfully convey the architectural style known as Owari-zukuri. In particular, the main sanctuary—composed of three connected structures and called Oagata-zukuri—features a distinctive design and is designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan. On the shrine grounds, Hime no Miya enshrines Tamayorihime and is revered as a guardian for safe childbirth and for women.

The annual Hounen Festival, held on March 15 each year, is known as the "spectacular festival of the nation." During this festival, a mikoshi carries a large phallic-shaped object called the oowasegata to pray for abundant harvests and the prosperity of future generations.
